Second story apartment with East facing balcony. Located above a pair of office spaces on A1A, close to shopping, dining and the beach! Beach access just a couple of blocks away, so bring the surfboard and beach chairs! Dog friendly with pet fee. (furnishings in photos may differ slightly from what in in the unit, as there are two units furnished for rent in this building.)

Nice spot for a quick getaway

This was the perfect spot for us -- nearby Old Town, could accommodate all guests comfortably. And the host was accessible and very helpful.

Daytona 500

We came in on Friday and left on Monday. My son and daughter-in-law came in on Saturday and my sister and nephew arrived soon after. We spent the day and evening in St. Augustine and went to the Daytona 500 on Sunday. Every one had a good visit and enjoyed our quick trip to Florida!!Our rental was exactly what we needed and in a great location! Would recommend it to anyone going to that area! Plus, the beach was across the street!!!

Great time

House was perfect for quick family get away with a couple or our son's friends. Walking distance to the beach and lots to do within a short driving distance. Property managers were very welcoming and helpful.
