Enjoy the peace and quiet of 25 wooded acres with all amenities including a wood burning fireplace, jetted tub, laundry and full kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Additional queen pull out sofa. Close to Spire , wineries and Geneva on the lake. Easy access from 90. Note : This is a semi attached guest house / suite off to the side of the main house and the owners do live on site in the main house.
