About this property

Our vibrant 3 bedroom 2 full bath lake house screams "Lake Life". If you're looking for some relaxation, lake time, or golfing-- escape to our cozy home in one of the cleanest and safest neighborhoods on the lake. Not to mention the most comfortable beds on the lake as well-- every room in the house has a Serta Mattress topper.

We have one master bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The master bedroom has tons of space in the closet or dresser to accommodate your stay. There is also a smart TV in the master that will hook into the Wi-Fi and allow you to stream your favorite shows.

We have two additional bedrooms with queen size beds in each. These bedrooms also have walk in closets for storage.

There is TONS of parking available. We have a two car carport next to the side door. Lots of parking on the back of the house and around the side of the house by the deck steps. All parking is on concrete and has enough room to park multiple vehicles and a boat trailer.

The dock in the neighborhood is a private dock- there is no use allowed or permitted of this dock. However mineral mounds boat ramp is less than .5 miles away to launch your boat.

Nice stay

The house was all we needed during our stay. Location is perfect for a holiday on the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We stay in quite a few holiday homes such as this and I will note this is the first place that kept their personal belongings in the shower and clothes in the closet. I would recommend locking one of the closets and keeping them in there. I will also mention there were a handful loose pills in one of the bedside tables. We stayed with our three young children, who found these pills and were thankfully smart enough to show us. They look like some sort of Tylenol/aspirin, but if they would have eaten all them, we would have been at the hospital. I wouldn’t have these two things deter us from staying again. Kitchen was nicely labeled. AC worked wonderfully. Plenty of towels and blankets. Also found extra paper towels and toilet paper in one of the closets.

Very nice place

Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was supplied and marked. We were there to see the Xmas lights at Patti’s and celebrating my 90 yr old mother BD. Our only concern were that all the beds were high with pillow tops and my mother is short. We had to help her get in and out of bed. Overall very nice!

Annual Trip

We, a grouo of 4 friends, take a trip to play Mineral Mounds golf course each October. We have stayed at this same place the last 4 years. It is a great location, very clean and we have never had a problem. Definitely recommended.

Family trip

It was a great place to relax, drink, chill and was perfect for the activity we did. If you love to boat, fish, chill, have a few and be close to the water. Get yourself a reservation to enjoy life. Also it was so easy to relax with such a great set up. They have everything you need.

Perfect Barkley lake rental

This is the second time we’ve rented this home. It is very clean and in a nice quiet area. It has everything that you’ll need for cooking great meals and enjoying everything that the Barkley lake area has to offer. We will definitely be back!

The property was extremely clean and communication with owner was easy and timely. Perfect location for our visit to Western KY for the Totality. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. The view is relaxing from the screened in porch with a short walk to water's edge if desired. The property was well stocked and organized. Great for family or group

This property is located close to the water and right next door to Mineral Springs golf course. It is great for a weekend golf trip with friends or a family vacation. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Everything in the house was labeled and questions were answered promptly. This is a great place to stay that won't break the bank. We were there for a hunt on the LBL but it would be good for any occasion. This will definitely be our go to place when we are in the area.

The Flach Group

We are a group of friends that have started an annual "end of season" golf/relaxation weekend. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and have zero complaints. The place is clean, cozy and close to the golf course. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Family trip

We enjoyed our two night stay (4 adults, 1 child). Owners communicated very throughly on directions to house, using televisions, local restaurants, etc. The house had a great view! Beds/pillows were all comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and more. A huge plus was having everything labeled! Would stay here again.

I loved this property. The house was probably the cleanest I have stayed in and was decorated so calming and nicley. Eveything you could possibly need in the kitchen and all labeled. Beds were so comfortable my mom who went with us was searching for the mattress toppers before we left. Really have not slept that good in a long time. Also the neighbor hood was very nice, quite and beautiful. The managers were also very quick to respond. So very happy we chose to stay here and hope to make another stay in the future.
