Die Wohnung an sich war schön, es war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen gebrauch benötigt. Allerdings waren einige Mängel zu verzeichnen, die Gardienen im Schlafzimmer waren zerrissen, an der Haustür und an der Korridortür fehlte von außen der Knauf, so das man die Türen beim verlassen des Hauses jedesmal abschließen mußte, speziel an der Haustür ist dieses aus Feuerwehrtechnischen Gründen gar nicht zuläßig,(Versperrter Fluchtweg) . Staubsaugerbeutel war voll, daher keine Nutzung möglich.

Super , tolle Lage - sehr ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet , jedoch könnte man das vorhandene Geschirr etwas ergänzen . Nicht 1 Salatschüssel oder Salatschleuder ist da vorhanden und nur 1 Bratpfanne . Das Bad ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen - da könnte man mal eine Grundsanierung anstreben .

Toilette war nicht sauber. Dusche sehr unansehnlich. Treppenhaus stark verschmutzt. Internet hat ständig keine Verbindung, Problem wurde leider nicht behoben. Ansonsten war die Wohnung im Verhältnis zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufriedenstellend.

Die Lage war perfekt , Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet , die Möbel schon etwas älter - daher waren die Nächte im Bett auch nicht so toll. Für ein paar Tage aber okay....

Lage der Wohnung und Aufteilung in Ordnung. Bad sollte man mal Sanieren Toilette war lose Waschbecken zu niedrig, Gardinen zu schmal, man musste das Rollo runtermachen Matratzen sind durchgelegte Gardinen zerrissen. Zu wenige Lichtschalter von Flur zum Schlafzimmer. Balkon unsauber wächst Unkraut aus Fugen. 2 Programme beim Fernsehen gingen nicht. Bei Reklamation unfreundliche Antwort bekommen.

Der WC-Sitz ist stabilisiert und die Gardinen in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Matratzen sind etwas weicher, aber nicht durchgelegen. Wir verstehen, dass die Matratzenhärte eine subjektive Angelegenheit sein kann. Weiter bestätigt uns das lokale Team, dass der Fernseher funktioniert, die Kollegen bedauern aber, dass Sie Probleme mit einigen Programmen hatten. Bitte zögern Sie nicht, vor Ort das Team um Hilfe zu bitten, sollte es zu Unklarheiten kommen. Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen als Gast bei uns.

Mängel die aufgefallen sind

Badezimmer, Spinnweben ander Decke und Ecken. Toilette locker und undicht. Allgemein Zustand des Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein. Balkon Tischbeine kaputt und Tischplatte blättert die Farbe ab. Sonnenschirm komplett verdreckt und nass,da nicht in einer Schutzhülle. Unkraut zwischen den Bodenplatten. Sämtliche Fenster verschmiert und dreckig. Bis auf diese Mängel hat uns die Wohnung sehr gefallen, da sie sehr zentral liegt.
