Papakea B307 is a Studio condo featuring amenities such as a stunning ocean view, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen-size Murphy bed. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tile flooring and a large flat-screen TV. Enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.

Unwind with a Queen-size Murphy bed and a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom includes a large vanity space and a walk in shower. This 3rd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 2 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. The open-concept fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides counter seating for 2. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The condo had everything - very well stocked and maintained. Beautiful views. Very clean. Grounds were very well kept. Nice and close to restaurants, shopping (Whalers Village), and many beaches. The pool was fantastic and the large hot tub was a nice bonus. We enjoyed grilling poolside on the high quality grills provided. A very comfortable, convenient, well located condo that has everything you'll need.

Great little studio!

Small but well furnished studio with a nice view of the ocean. Space is at a premium, especially with the Murphy bed out, but we were able to leave it down for our entire stay and had no problem navigating around the space. We had to be a little creative with where to stash our suitcases. Good spot for two adults that don't mind being cozy, but would recommend a larger unit if bringing kids or if you're heavy packers. The Papakea property is well maintained and offers several different daily activities. The pools and hot tubs are nice and don't get very crowded. No problems with neighbor noise in the early morning or at night. Nice perks are the supermarket, an ABC Store, and a good coffee spot being a short walk away. Beach access is best from the properties next door, also just a short walk away. Just look out for rocks under the water. Not my favorite beach, but it worked for a quick dip. Hop in the car and take a quick drive north to get to several great beaches. Overall, a great spot to base your Maui adventure from!

Great efficiency!

I would recommend this condo to any couple or small family of three. It was clean, has a great view and the complex has nice amenities. The owners have clearly spent time thinking of their guests. Some of the nice things about the unit: a nice cooler bag to use, ice blocks to use in the cooler, lots of hangars in the closet, snorkels, beach chairs, lots of towels. In the kitchen: spices, coffee and filters, good knives, pots/pans, dishwasher pods, laundry pods. The credenza on the patio that covers the AC unit was nice and was useful for setting food while we ate on the patio and enjoyed the great views of the ocean. Clearly, these owners care about their guests. The only item that I would recommend replacing is the dishwasher. The other appliances in the kitchen were newer but the dishwasher is an older model. Not really a complaint as it worked well, but it is just outdated compared to the rest of the kitchen. My wife thought the stools could be a bit more comfortable (perhaps padded), but again, not really a complaint just a suggestion. The Murphy bed was nice and the sleeper sofa worked well, though a bit hard to close at times. Be aware, they are very close together, but not really an issue since we only slept in them and folded them up when not in use. This is a very nice unit with a GREAT view! I would recommend it to anyone and my family will definitely consider it again on our next trip to Maui. Mahalo!
