The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully situated in the Olympia region of Seefeld with a view of the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the peace bell, which rings every day at 17 o'clock as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot is called the Swallow's Nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The modern 2-room maisonette apartment Hohe Wand Top 1 is looking forward to your visit in Mosern in the Olympia region Seefeld!

A fully equipped brand kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave is waiting for you. In the apartment there is a washing machine. The large balcony allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains opposite. Lake Möserer is only a 10-minute walk up the mountain. He is considered one of the warmest bathing lakes in Tyrol.

Tolles Appartement, gute Abwicklung, beeindruckende Lage

Das kleine moderne Appartement ist in 2 Etagen gegliedert, die über eine Wendeltreppe verbunden sind Oben: Küche , Couch, Fernseher, WC Unten: Schlafzimmer, Bad Das Appartement verfügt über einen großen Balkon und eine kleine Terrasse auf der wir häufig die Sitzsäcke nutzen, um draußen zu sitzen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, schlicht und zweckmässig, es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Die Bergresidenz hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Wanderwege liegen quasi vor der Haustür und die Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und insgesamt hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr klein und hat wenig Stauraum. Deshalb sind hier vermutlich nur die nötigsten Utensilien vorhanden, diese aber von sehr guter Qualität. Der direkte Ausblick aus der Wohnküche ist nicht so schön, wie von dem angrenzenden Balkon. Man schaut auf die Betonwand des Nachbarhauses. Leider erfährt man erst nach der Buchung, dass das Schlafzimmer von Top 1 und Top 2 eine Verbindungstür haben, die während des Aufenthaltes geschlossen ist. Da Top 2 fünf Tage nicht besetzt war, haben wir die Tür zunächst nur optisch wahrgenommen. Als dann aber die Mieter kurz vor Mitternacht ankamen und immer wieder versuchten die Tür zu öffnen, wurde uns bewusst, dass es tatsächlich nur eine Holztür ist, die die Schlafzimmer trennt. Man bekommt ungewollt alles aus der Nachbarwohnung mit inklusive der Essensgerüche. Deshalb gibt es in der Bewertung einen Abzug von zwei Sternen.

Herzlichen Dank für das hilfreiche Feedback. Bislang wurden die beiden Tops nicht gleichzeitig vermietet. Wir werden eine zusätzliche, schallgeschützte Tür einbauen.
