Apartment with one bedroom - double bed, bunk bed and satellite TV - a kitchen - with additional sofa bed and satellite TV - kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, shower, separate toilet. Parking directly at the house.

With the typical architecture in Tyrolean tradition our house awaits you; quietly located on the outskirts of Brixen im Thale. From here, guests enjoy a magnificent view of the Kitzbühel Alps. And from here it is only a pleasant walk to the center. A total of six cozy apartments of different sizes are comfortably and functionally furnished: In addition to one to two bedrooms with shower / WC are a living room with sofa bed and a mostly integrated kitchen available. All apartments have their own balcony. "The Campers", the restaurant at the associated campsite, offers Tyrolean cuisine on "cook-free" days. And fresh pastries are also provided for breakfast. The apartment Christine is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities.

Es war alles gut organisiert und die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings ist das Apartment in dem wir untergebracht waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schon im Flur roch es ziemlich modrig und auch das Apartment war nicht wirklich angenehm und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr abgenutzt und verwohnt. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur für 2 Nächte als Notfallunterkunft gebucht haben. Die Lage ist aber absolut schön und wie gesagt, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist, dann ist es ausreichend.

Schöne Lage, Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist super. Das Apartment ist in Ordnung, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat es etwas gestört, dass es im WC kein Waschbecken gibt. Man muss nach dem Toilettengang immer ins Schlafzimmer gehen um sich im dort liegenden Duschraum die Hände zu waschen. Am Tag ok, aber Abends wenn die Kinder dort schlafen, sehr unpraktisch. Der Holzboden auf den Balkonen müsste mal geschliffen werden, weil er sehr splittert. Unser Sohn hat sich zwei mal einen Splitter eingefangen. Die Preise für Speisen rund herum in den Restaurants sind deutlich teurer als in Deutschland, bei gleicher Qualität. Der Brötchenverkauf am anliegenden Campingplatz war enttäuschend und sehr teuer. Es gab drei Brötchen und ein Croissant zur Auswahl. In Deutschland kosten solche Brötchen die Hälfte. Das Restaurant am Campingplatz war in Ordnung, vom Preis und Qualität. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr schön ist der große Spielplatz mitten am Restaurant. Man kann in Ruhe weiter Essen, während die Kinder spielen können.
