Screened porch with new sectional, favorite spot for relaxing!
Deck with furniture and gas grill.
Living room furnishings are comfy, ideal for cozying up in front of the new big screen TV or with a good book in front of the propane fireplace.
All 3 bedrooms have new queen beddings, one of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed set.
Home is well shaded and all rooms have Tower Fans for cooling.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you expect in a home away from home. Dishwasher, stove, microwave and toaster-oven/air fryer. Full capacity washer and dryer.
