We appreciate full 30, 60, or 90 day stays during high times (Jan-March)
There is a $300.00 resort transfer fee which includes the golf/ tennis membership for the 30 day or more rentals. Let us know if you are interested in playing golf and we will get it arranged.

No pets
Due to the highly secure nature of Lexington, If you rent it you must stay in it! We do not allow renters that will have friends or employees stay without them being present. If you fail to tell us before check in we will not let them in and you will lose your payment.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping! A $5,000 fee will be charged if you smoke or vape in our unit or on the lanai. Thanks for understanding.

Awesome Condo at a great Country Club

The owners are great to work with and their condo was very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The Lexington Country Club community has great amenities - pools, tiki bar, golf course, tennis courts, various events, dinners, and hopefully pickleball courts coming soon! Only 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and close to restaurants. We are planning on returning. We highly recommend for an awesome time!

Lexington Memories

We really enjoyed this property. Years ago our parents had a place in the same building and it brought back great memories. It’s a beautiful condo and its location is great. The area has lots of amenities, near the beach, restaurants, and just a great offering regardless of your interests. The condo was awesome. The hosts were excellent. The Lexington grounds are well maintained. A great place to vacation.

Comfortable condo with a water view

Amazing condo in a secure community with amenities for everyone. Beautifully decorated and equipped, as well as filled with small touches that make you feel at home. Excellent communication that was quickly answered. We would rent again without hesitation.

Wonderful Stay!

Lovely and comfortable condo! It was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with the basics. We really enjoyed the water view from the lanai as well as the condo's close proximity to the island club pool. And per my husband, the golfing at Lexington was outstanding! The owners were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We look forward to returning!
