Clean rooms with all the necessities. Comfortable bed. WiFi codes did not work, but the location has good 5G coverage. Close to hiking trails.

Very clean, neat perfect-sized lodging. Very well stocked and all amenities work: A/C, heat, fridge, bathroom, sinks, cabinets, TV, WiFi, etc. Cell signal is good here. In the center of the famous Lone Pine town. Very-well priced. Very comfortable place/lodging. Awesome getaway location!
Outstanding view and location. Those 2 things alone would bring me back. It’s less than 5 minutes to walk to a grocery store, taco truck, coffee shop and multiple restaurants. The bed was comfortable. It has a French press, hot plate and toaster oven. No microwave. Enough for a short stay. The bed is comfortable and the place was clean. My only drawback if I had to pick one was the tv is high up compared to the distance from the couch so you’re looking up at sharp angle. But you won’t watch tv anyway because Lone Pine is made for the outdoors enjoyment. I would stay here again.

Thank you for a basic accommodation needed for the Lone Pine cancer run at the very last minute.
We really got to know Lone Pine . It has always been a place to pass through on the way to someplace else. Two blocks west of the house is a beautiful meadow with grazing horses and incredible views.

There was a hot plate and toaster oven but I did not cook The old house is located 1/2 block off of Hiway 395 so it is somewhat noisy with all nite truck traffic. If you need total quiet then could be a challenge. The flag pole across the street rang like a bell when it was windy. It met my needs fine because I was out hiking most of every day. Central location. lone Pine has lousey, expensive food.
The kitchen is simple but well-equipped, great for cooking family meals away from home. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and an easy drive to beautiful back country.
We stayed here the night before and after our day hike to Whitney. Bed was comfortable. Space heater was doing its best in the 100 degree weather. The owner and/or manager of the property was very nice.

Its not the Bellagio in Vegas.

Such a beautiful place in a beautiful location. We hiked Mount Whitney and it definitely made our stay nice and comfortable. Joseph was very accommodating!!
We had a great stay. Everything was fine. Nice kitchen except that a microwave would be helpful. And the amenities listed included a hot tub which does not exist.
The property was good for a short stay. It was easy to check in and it was very clean. There is a small fridge available and a counter top electric hot plate. There is also a bullet-sized blender. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were cozy. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat in the bedroom, but the mini split in the living room was easy to operate and worked well. One thing that could be better is communication, because I did send a question to the host, but never received a response.
All in all, this is a good choice to stay in Lone Pine and I would stay here again.
I loved our stay. The house is small but cozy and has everything you need in it. I guess the only thing I would prefer is to have the front porch more closed off, so that I can let my dog out. But otherwise, it was great and I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice stuff. You can wash it close here. Air conditioning and bedroom was nice and the 12 cooler was good. T v was a little confusing, but everything was great

This is a cute 100 year old house near downtown. It is in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and more. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The house is cute and sturdy. The neighbors are nice and the post office is across the street. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
Great location, kitchen fully stocked with every utensil, kitchen gadget, and accessory imaginable; refrigerator smaller than advertised. Bathroom has every amenity one may need; hair dryer, nice towels, great shower, shower gel, etc. Great old bedroom; living room furniture rather sparse, could use a table lamp and cozy reading chair. Other than that issue, very enjoyable stay.
Really wasn’t expecting much, this property does NOT have a hot tub! Windows do not open and was very stuffy and hot! It was clean, shower and bathroom were fine, utilized the washer/dryer…
Everything needed. Older home, with some problems, but a good value and we enjoyed our stay. Heat was an issue when temps dropped into the 20s.

A solid stay for folks looking to visit Mt. Whitney. You are walking distance from all the restaurants and market so you never have to hop in the car unless you are venturing up to Mt. Whitney. The bathroom is spacious and having a washer/dryer is a major plus so you can pack light. The AC is solid, which is great for those triple digit days in Lone Pine.
The owner is easily reachable and friendly. All in all it was a great trip.

No hot tub
Easy self check in. No hot tub present, even though the listing indicates there is one. No owner response. Will not return here!
