Perfect Home away from Home

The house was awesome. It was clean and had all the essentials need it. Perfectly located, minutes away from most major attractions and shops. Our host was on top of everything, we communicated throughout our stay and any issues we had whether small or big she resolved right away.

Pictures doesn't do it justice

I was a little hesitant at first. I didnt like the photos much so i kept overlooking it. The price kept drawing me back. And im glad it did. The photos did not show the beauty of the home that much to me. The house looks like something out of The Wizard of Oz on the photo. But it was actually nice. We had everything we need and was in the vacinity of everything. RENT THIS HOUSE!!! The owner responded quickly as well.

Family weekend at the races

House was clean and spacious. Fantastic lot with plenty of parking. Wonderful view of the deer in the backyard. Homeowner was easy to work with.

Arkansas Derby

A group of us went for the Arkansas Derby weekend & the place was amazing! It was perfect for our couples weekend! If we ever go back we will stay here again!

This house was disappointing.

I'm going to make this as short as I can. The setting & location of the house was great and we were allowed to check-in early. The mattresses were very comfortable. The oven was broke & was unable to be fixed. We couldn't use the cook top either. The handyman seemed impaired. There was a mop bucket left out in the kitchen. There was a pile of linens on the bed in the MB when we arrived. The toilet seat, in the MB, was visibly filthy! The futon was covered in stains. The mirrors had a hazy film all over them. We kept thinking it was condensation but it was not. And, there was lipstick marks/chunks on the bathroom counter.

Great house, great location!

This house is in town, but is still very private and quiet. It had ample space for 3 couples and we loved sitting out on the front porch. It is just minutes from "all the things" which makes is very convenient for an extended weekend stay.

Fantastic location!!!

Perfect location in town but very private. Enjoyed the wildlife every evening. Would stay again next time we’re in Hot Springs.

Homey Hideaway

The property is just minutes away from the downtown and bathhouses, but it feels secluded and hidden away. The house was bigger than it appeared in photos, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed coffee and card games on the front deck in the mornings and we got to see plenty of deer while doing so. The house fit our group of 7 nicely and there was plenty of seating for everybody. Lots of thoughtful touches were included such as coffee and filters. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We didn’t need to reach out to the hosts for anything because they reached out before we got there and provided us with everything we needed. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

This property was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we all fell in love with this home. The host was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Wonderful experience

From the very beginning our host accomodating and attentive. They answered all my questions. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonder girl's weekend. We were provided hiking trail maps, recommendations on where to eat and places to see. They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location in town.

Very clean home. Great living room space with plenty of room. Large kitchen. Very nice yard. This property is located 5 minutes from everything in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Perfect home!

This property was in the perfect location! It was easily accessible, super clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The pictures did not do it justice. We'll definitely be returning here!

Nice quite location

This house is fantastic. Located close to everything , and a huge private lot. Only down side is the drive way gets tight with more than two trucks.

First time renting a villa was a huge success.

All i can say is it all was much bigger then it looked and whole lot of backyard space outside in what seems like a private getaway. Also very convienant setup and the kitchen had every cooking utensil you could think of. They leave you alone but tentative when you ask for help. If you need tons of space to entertain but wanna feel secluded too then this is a amazing property.
