This is a 2/1 in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive downtown or the beaches! Being right off the highway makes it easy if you want to spend the day at the beach, head downtown for the night or even go cross the bridge into Tampa! It has a washer and dryer and a big patio out back where you can lounge and grill out.
