The house is located directly on the beautiful Danube, embedded in a beautiful spacious garden on a 1700 sqm plot.
Spend your holiday in a spacious house with about 270 sqm. The house has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2 fitted kitchens.
The property is about 10 km away from the beautiful riverside town of Passau in the immediate vicinity of the Danube Bike Path.
The Markt Obernzell is a state-recognized resort and former summer residence of the Passau bishops.
Enjoy walks and hikes in the idyllic surroundings of the Donausteig, cycle tours, cruise the Upper Austrian Mühlviertel, the only Trappist monastery in Austria to Engelhartszell or the Schlögener Schlinge, make use of the large cultural offer in Passau and experience A wellness day in the nearby Europa Therme Bad Füssing.
