Welcome to Skyline Loft in Loft 268, one of Zona Romantica's most desired condo buildings in the heart of it all!
Enjoy the stunning view of the Romantic Zone from your balcony with corridor view to the Bay just a couple of blocks away.
The romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta is one of the most sought after locations for many visitors to the area. Easily walkable and very safe, this location is the heart of the LGBTQ community on the West Coast & a quick connection to the Malecon & Beaches for that summer glow. We're just across the street from amazing seafood, coffee, pasta, around the corner to the greatest tacos ever. Shopping and nightlight a few blocks away in either direction.
This stunning re designed home is fresh from a make over. With brand new oversized furniture and everything you need to have a complete stay in the area.
The Loft style home features boho chic inspired furniture and art, also bringing in some of the natural elements from the area.
The home features a King appointed bedroom with lots of closet space on the interior side of the building courtyard.
3 PC bath with waterfall shower and slate tilings.
Granite counter tops in the pass through fully stocked kitchen dining space with its bar high chef block style table
Comfortable luxurious living space with one of the best sectional sofas out there!
The living space leads out onto the terrace where you can watch the world below and peek a boo to the ocean beyond the Romantic Zone.
Please note the cleaning fee as posted is based on a short term vacation rental stay, The pre and post stay cleanings are included and for bookings 7 nights or longer 1 complimentary cleaning will be included upon request. For rentals of longer than 7 days please speak with us about planning for any additional cleanings required during your time with us.
