'The Eye of Marigot' is perfectly situated to afford stunning views of Marigot Bay. Nestled into the surrounding hillside, the property is a beautiful, recently upgraded, 4 bedroom villa with pool, sundeck and large balconies leading off the living area and upstairs bedrooms. With ample space for 8 or equally comfortable for 2 guests, this property is ideal to relax and unwind and geographically well positioned to explore the rest of the island.

The property is gated and fenced, has space for private parking for one vehicle, roadside for extras. Very private but equally just a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the Bay where you have a small beach (a one minute ferry ride to access), Dive St Helen are situated in JJs premises, at the top.of the Bay.
There are non motorised water sports for hire on the beach and restaurants and bars to enjoy Happy Hour Sunset or just sit and watch the yachts coming and going in beautiful surroundings.

My husband and I managed this property for the owners who reside in the UK. We live in the next house, although we can't actually see each other!
My husband Cornelius is St Lucian, I am English and we met a long time ago in France when we were young, free and single and living a life of adventure on charter yachts. We settled there for quite a few years, had 2 kids and then decided to move to St Lucia in 2007 and have never looked back!

This villa is a lovely design with all balconies overlooking the fabulous views of Marigot Bay. Super relaxing and comfortable.
