'The Eye of Marigot' is perfectly situated to afford stunning views of Marigot Bay. Nestled into the surrounding hillside, the property is a beautiful, recently upgraded, 4 bedroom villa with pool, sundeck and large balconies leading off the living area and upstairs bedrooms. With ample space for 8 or equally comfortable for 2 guests, this property is ideal to relax and unwind and geographically well positioned to explore the rest of the island.
The property is gated and fenced, has space for private parking for one vehicle, roadside for extras. Very private but equally just a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the Bay where you have a small beach (a one minute ferry ride to access), with a Dive Shop located on Doolittles Restaurant premises, non motorised water sports for hire on the beach and restaurants and bars to enjoy Happy Hour Sunset or just sit and watch the yachts coming and going in beautiful surroundings.

My husband and I managed this property for the owners who reside in the UK. We live in the next house, although we can't actually see each other!
