We loved the location. The house is very private and secluded allowing the kids to swim at 7am without bothering anyone. The host also has a water taxi that can leave from the Bay and is highly recommended to visit the different beaches and sites on the west side of the island.
Absolutely fantastic trip to the eye of marigot. It's a fantastic spot and a beautiful house which the pictures dont do justice. Pauline was a great host and was readily available for any questions we had. Highly recommended
The property and views are absolutely stunning, the photos don’t quite do it justice! The villa is ideally situated with multiple bars and restaurants in the local area and easy access to Marigot beach. We would recommend a car rental to see the rest of the island.
Pauline was very helpful and always on hand if we needed anything, she was very welcoming.
This was a perfect villa with a lovely view of Marigot Bay and with beautiful swimming pool. The house was spacious and well equipped and we are a family of five and everybody rated it highly. The views from the top veranda were absolutely stunning both in the day and the night. The outdoor living space was wonderful. The villa was close by to restaurants, a beach and a short drive to local amenities like supermarket.Pauline and Cornelius were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to a wide range of questions and requests. We had a fantastic day out on Cornelius boat and would strongly recommend doing a boat tripAll in all this was great holiday in a great location
This villa was amazing for my family of adults (two couples, and one solo). Pauline was an amazing host and was extremely responsive before and during our stay. She helped coordinate a driver to and from the airport (shoutout to Lance, he's the best!), a rental car for the week, and a chef for a night. We had a few minor hiccups (freezer was not freezing and gate would not open) but Pauline responded right away and got them resolved. The one minor disappointment I would note is that the AC in the smaller King bedroom did not seem to be pumping out enough cold air for the size of the room. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great view, location, and host!
We really enjoyed our stay at "Eye of Marigot" our stay consisted of a morning swim, a walk to Marigot Bay for breakfast / a quick breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, beaches during the day a bit for lunch, back to the beach then home for an evening swim then out for dinner at Marigot or cooking at home. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are modern the hot water and water pressure are great. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the outdoor grill was fantastic to enjoy the pool and cook at the same time. The multiple decks were wonderful to capture the daytime and sunset views. The home is very secluded and a private sanitary; we really did not want to leave and the home is perfectly situated in a great spot with varies eateries, far enough from the crowds and close enough to the markets, nightlife and activities. Thank you for an incredible stay!
We loved our stay in Marigot. The house was bigger than I had expected and the pictures are very accurate. During our 2 week stay, we had between 4-7 people at the house and never felt crowded. Waking up to views of the Bay every morning was heaven. Pauline is a delight and very easy to work with. The kitchen has all the utensils you need if you are planning to cook. Prior to leaving we could not decide on whether or not to rent a car. Ultimately, we did not. On the one hand it would have been nice to have more flexibility, but on the other hand, we all like our cocktails and none of us was confident driving on the "wrong" side of the road. If you don't rent a car, make sure to stock up on kitchen staples on your way from the airport. The house has all the equipment needed to cook, but no staples, spices, etc. (and I forgot to get coffee on our first trip but luckily Pauline saved the day!) We also want to give a shout out to Lance...the best driver around, got us safely wherever we needed to go and answered our endless questions about the island. We took several trips with Cornelius out on his boat which we loved. Because of him we found our favorite beach Anse Chastanet (If you go there, find AJ....he is the best server/bartender ever). Definitely recommend this property.
We loved our time at the Eye of Marigot! From the small bay where it is located to the private seclusion it offers, makes it a great place to get away and relax. We stayed during the offseason so I am sure this added to the serenity we all felt during our stay.
The property is exactly as billed. With 4 bedrooms for the 6 of us, large open floor plan, decks, and pool, the property is perfect for a family or even couples vacationing together. While we often explored the island during the day, it was so nice to come back and take a quick swim in the pool or have a small picnic. While it took a little bit for us to adjust to the early sunset (6:40ish), we quickly found it perfect for creating a fun evening of games and movies. And of course you had a nightly front row seat for the sunset.
While there is only AC in the bedrooms, we often found there was a nice breeze to cool the main level down. Since we were usually only there in the morning and evenings, it worked well for us. One of the best parts of this property is the amazing host Pauline and Cornelius. Not only were they super helpful prior to our trip, but also made sure we had everything we needed during it.
To explore the island, we would recommend taking advantage of Lance, who drives for the property. He was a wealth of information. We actually had him take us around the island on two different days. We also rented a car (which Pauline set up), but will skip that next time we come back.
Fantastic home base for relaxing and exploring. The decor was simple and at the same time artistic. The outdoor elements included a full size pool, with loungers around pool level and two level deck with multitude of seating and dining areas. The large kitchen and living room rounded out the lower level of the home with a bedroom on main level with en-suite and exit to deck. The wood stairs to bedroom level were lovely. The primary suite was decorated nicely and had dressing Area and separate large en-suite with soaking tub. The two other large bed rooms on the bedroom level shared a large bathroom. All four bedrooms had French doors to deck. The grounds were fully gated with lush foliage. I can’t say enough about the home manager and care taker. They helped us arrange a large group dinner at a local restaurant. And arranged a water excursion to several beaches. The views over Marigot bay were enticing. The home is on a quiet road with beautiful views Gave us easy access to both Gros Islot and also the Pition areas for exploring, abet a bit of a windy hilly drive as is much of the island. Our top beaches were Smugglers Cove and Anse Chastanet were our favs. Miss ya already.
Photographs don’t do justice to the inside of the house. Very spacious with excellent outdoor spaces, including lots of sitting areas. Hosts were very responsive, welcoming and helpful. The Villa is well located and within an hours drive of all the sites on the island

My husband and I managed this property for the owners who reside in the UK. We live in the next house, although we can't actually see each other! My husband Cornelius is St Lucian, I am English and we met a long time ago in France when we were young, free and single and living a life of adventure on charter yachts. We settled there for quite a few years, had 2 kids and then decided to move to St Lucia in 2007 and have never looked back!
Why they chose this property
This villa is a lovely design with all balconies overlooking the fabulous views of Marigot Bay. Super relaxing and comfortable.
