This is a lovely apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood just a very short distance from stores. The only reason I gave a 4 is the bedroom furniture and layout. There's not a comfortable place to sit, as it's an older futon, and there's no nightstands next to the bed, so my CPAP had to be on the bed next to me. If those things aren't an issue for some it could easily be a 5. It was quiet and I felt very safe, and I will book it again.

The property is accurately portrayed in the listing, it may even be nicer in person than it appears in the photos. Everything is in very good shape and the apartment was comfortable.

Very nice, bed was comfy, it was every clean and had every amenity needed. Only thing is (personal opinion) the smell was very strong in the vrbo due to the air freshner used and we just didnt like it. Still very nice place.

Great time in Seattle staying in Everett. The host was easy to communicate with and provided everything they promised. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with free parking on site. Easy to commute to Seattle on I-5.

The place is brand new and has everything you could need for one or two people. It's attached to the main house but is very private and quiet.

Perfect, Basic Little Space

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip. It had everything we needed for the two of us - bed, futon/couch with coffee table (note that the bed and futon are in the same room), bathroom with plenty of towels, laundry, and space to cook with a six-chaired tabled. There was also a large bedroom closet, which was nice for keeping our luggage out of the way. We did not use the little desk in the kitchen, but it seemed like a good option for someone needing to work. The only con was not being able to control the room temperature - but there were heaters and fans provided. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent value at the price!

All of the appliances were full sized and high end. The space was very clean and well organized. My host left microwave popcorn and bottled water as a courtesy. My only suggestions are that they add a handrail to the basement apartment stairs for safety and repair the lower 2ft of front door weatherstripping that some cat clawed away to save on heating and cooling expenses. It is a lovely, quiet place, with a small stream on the edge of the grassy back yard, at the end or a cul-de-sac. Unfortunately, with two artificial knees and two replaced hips, the stairs presented a serious challenge. It is currently not safe for anyone who is physically challenged to attempt the stairs, especially in the rain we had all week, but I did not realize this until I arrived and it was too late to do anything about the reservation. I took it very slowly with only the items I needed each day to avoid a fall. I hope the host will somehow either fix or disclose the stars to avoid liability. I would gladly make this my place of choice for my twice a year visits to see my 6 year old granddaughter if these details were addressed.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient, and Safe

The perfect place for us to stay and visit family nearby. The area was quiet and pleasant with well groomed lawns and the walk down apartment was private and spacious with all the necessary amenities. We were very comfortable. Plenty of coffee and bottled water was provided and we enjoyed the microwave popcorn. They also provided extra comforters and pillows and the shower had plenty of hot water. We hope to make this our go to place in the future.
