We had two families with a total of 4 kids ages ranging from 6-12 stay for 3 nights. This house accommodated us very well, was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and a nice location near the river. We had a great time here and would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I have lived in this valley for 30 years where we met guiding rafts down the river. Today, we run a cattle ranch operation and raise premium hay for horses.

This property is in the heart of all things recreation. Its central to Monarch ski area, Mt Princeton Hot Springs, Downtown Salida, Buena Vista and all the hiking, mountain biking , fishing and boating. We are within minutes or walking distance to the fishing and boating access of the Arkansas river. It sits on the edge of a historic working cattle ranch right by the beautiful river.
