Welcome to 202 Clearwater lofts! This property is brand new with high-end luxury finishes, mountain views, and quick access to the slopes via shuttle or a short drive. The entryway features a bench and built in hooks to make storing gear a breeze. Just past the entryway is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa couch and a gas fireplace. Just off the living room is a large balcony with amazing mountain views. The gourmet kitchen has all essentials stocked and features brand new high-end appliances. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and 6 at the dining room table.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed. 

Clearwater Lofts at Keystone are luxury condominiums that offer outdoor recreation all year long – minutes to the Keystone Lake, a short shuttle to the slopes, the Summit County Recreation Path with miles of riding and walking and the Snake River Wetlands right out your door. Building amenities include: hot tub area, ski locker room, underground heated parking garage.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Ski trip

Great location. Convenient to Keystone mountain (3 min drive). There was also a shuttle stop right outside the condo parking lot. Property was very nice. Plenty of space for a family. Heated garage a plus!

Cozy place for family

We brought our family of 6, with 4 kids under 7 and it worked great for us. We booked during the off season for a conference at the nearby Keystone conference center. Easy to walk to the lake or access the trails. Be Aware that the garage entrance is only 7’ 4” or so be careful with your ski box.

GORGEOUS CONDO!

What a wonderful getaway! The unit has absolutely everything you could need for your stay. From kitchen supplies, extra bedding, amenities, the possibility’s of relaxation are endless. Talk about LOCATION too! Within walking distance of keystone ski base, keystone lake, and hiking and more. Check in/out is a breeze and communication with the rental company was easy. All I can say is WOW! Thank you sky run for the hospitality, we will definitely be returning to this piece of paradise!

Amazing Keystone Condo

Absolutely AMAZING condo! Everything, I mean everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable, convenient, and super cozy. From grilling steak on the deck or baking brownies in the oven or pancakes on the griddle on the gas top stove the kitchen is stocked better than any place I have rented. The furnishings and decor are top notch and so comfortable. The entire place was clean, clean, clean! Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, 3 tv's, and a beautiful gas fireplace gave all the comforts of home. Easy parking, ski storage area, elevator and excellent location just off I70 near Frisco and minutes to Breckenridge made it so easy coming back after a days adventure. The hot tub was the best way to end the night and all within a 2 hour drive to Denver Airport. We thank you for such a wonderful stay, easy check in, and managers so easy to work with. We truly hope to be back soon!

Beautiful condo close to Keystone Resort!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! We were attending a wedding in Dillon with reception at top of A-Basin! This location was perfect! The condo is very clean and has everything you need! The house rules really help to make it a quiet and peaceful condo! One note is mountain/forest views out den are available. We had hoped to be facing the Keystone Resort side of mountains, and misunderstood that amenity. Being there in summer, we needed windows to be open, and realized that we had more road noise from Hwy side. It wasn’t an issue, but had just hoped to be facing resort side. This would not keep me from staying here again because it is in pristine condition! Sky Run Rentals was fantastic to deal with, and quick to respond with any help needed. Beautiful condo and perfect for a summer or winter ski trip!

Spectacular!

We loved staying in this new, beautiful condo! Easy check in, responsive host, perfectly clean, great beds and all necessary kitchen amenities for cooking. The paths outside the complex provided quick access to lifts, River Run and great walks along the stream. The parking garage was a bonus too! Every detail has been thought of! Perfect place for us to relax and enjoy all of Keystone. We will be back!

Amazing Visit!

Thanks you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Everything was incredibly wonderful and comfortable. Our first morning on the balcony we saw beautiful blonde fox crossing through the trees as we sat and had our coffee. What a wonderful way to start our visit here in keystone! We drove over to breckenridge and went hiking, rode the gondola up and enjoyed hiking on the ski slopes. We spent the afternoon walking around breckenridge. We will be back! Thankyou!

Beautiful and brand new

Perfectly clean and everything was totally brand new! Definitely hit a gem and will be returning! We loved the morning walks to the ski village or keystone lake. We even saw a moose! Plenty of space and sleeping areas. Our adult children thought the queen bunk beds were awesome and loved the little hanging chair. It was a great location and had everything we needed- very well stocked. It was also nice to have a washer & dryer in the condo. Loved Keystone and will definitely go back and stay here again.
