Would you like to spend your vacation in a villa with one indoor and one outdoor pool and three Jacuzzis?



This beautiful vacation home is located on a hill in the village of Privor, above the village of Zrnovnica, near the city of Split. It is spread over five floors connected by an elevator, modern and luxuriously furnished.



On the second floor you will find a fitness room, an activity room and a wellness room with heated indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. On the second and third floors there are a total of eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and panoramic views of the sea, the city and the islands. Bedroom 5 contains a Jacuzzi with panoramic views. On the fourth floor is a terrace with outdoor pool, barbecue and summer kitchen. On the last floor you will find a terrace with a large jacuzzi. The quiet surroundings are full of pine trees and Mediterranean plants.

The location is fantastic if you are looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains and has amenities close enough that you don’t feel isolated. Taxis are readily available so we managed to enjoy our stay without renting a car and never felt hindered by that.

Group holiday with friends

The villa is as incredible as it looks in the listing. The views day and night are stunning and well worth the extra journey into the mountains. The pools are all clean and well maintained and we were welcomed with wine and cheese and meat board. The host communicated well throughout the booking phase and during our stay so couldn’t recommend it more.

Wow! Worth the splurge.

This property was absolutely incredible and the photos do it justice. We had a large group and everyone was very happy that we ended up splurging and choosing this house. The cherry on top was the very kind and generous homeowner. Our experience in Zrnovnica is one that we will not forget. Hvala Niksa! A note on ubers - the only time we experienced difficulty with getting an uber is when the cruise ships were docked and we were trying to get a smaller car. We had no problem booking uber xl's. Just make sure to communicate that all ubers go through the Zrnovnica village and not the back road to the house as it is a military road.
