Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with its own private fully-fenced backyard - great for families or groups! The first level features a private gym, bathroom, recreation room and queen size bedroom. The second level has a bathroom, kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry and 3 bedrooms (1 king-size master, 1 kids room with bunk beds and 1 office that can be replaced with additional bunk beds). Pets welcome with pet deposit and baby items (i.e. high chairs) may be available upon request.
