Premium oceanfront master on the 2nd floor of tower 1! Two beach chairs and umbrella included from March 1-Oct 31. Unobstructed gulf front view on a low floor. Perfect for couples, small families, or extra overflows from a large group! Popular with Honeymooners or couples celebrating anniversaries! Extra large bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The most AMAZING views from our oversized balcony. There is an updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Free high speed WIFI, DirecTV with premium move channels & a new huge smart streaming TV. This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath sleeps a maximum of four.
Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a comfy KING bed in the primary ensuite and you can wake up to the sound (and view) of the ocean.
There is a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa in living room.

* This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)
* Please read before booking:
* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle.
* Parking in the main garage is limited to 1 vehicle.

Great view and location!

This rental had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. It's close to Pier Park, the pool was great to relax at while looking out onto the beach and the facility was very clean and well maintained.
