We frequent the ADKs often in winter/summer months and this is the first time we stayed here. We searched VRBO and serendipitously found this place. Given the beautiful pictures, we decided-why not give it a try. I am excited to go back and share this place with friends and family! First off, the Inn in the evening is so inviting with twinkle lights that lit the way as we entered. Since we arrived late, were greeted with a welcome note with our names inscribed that guided us to our room. The room itself was so comfortable and cozy and all of the decor made it feel so homey. This room had its own bathroom with the BEST eco-friendly toiletries (makeup remover, homemade soaps that smelt amazing). Not to mention, THE MOST comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. In the morning, we woke up to find an amazing spread of french toast, yogurt, fruit and delicious coffee that I drank out of the coziest mug. The breakfast was so convenient before I headed into working remote from the Inn for the day and my partner headed out to explore the backcountry. The coffee was bottomless which was amazing! The temp outside was cold, but we enjoyed the crackling fire and ordered in from local eateries- This stay offers the best simplicities! They have a ton of games you can choose from including chess! The hosts are amazing humans and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to them & meeting other guests. It made the stay so special. We cant wait to return in the summer!
