Inside, the home offers a well-appointed living room, a full kitchen with all essential appliances, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fourth includes a full-over-full bunk bed—ideal for kids or groups traveling together.

Outdoors, the backyard is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a fire pit, ample seating, a grill, and access to a three-car garage. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this home provides all the space, comfort, and amenities you need.

Included Essentials:

A complimentary starter pack of basic toiletries and paper products is provided to help you settle in. For longer stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies.

Pet Policy:

This home is dog-friendly only (maximum of two dogs). A non-refundable $100 pet fee per reservation will be manually added and charged within two weeks of your arrival. This fee is not included in the initial reservation total. Failure to follow the pet policy will result in a $300 fine.

Additional Policies and Fees:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will incur a $250 fine.

Lost and Found: Guests are responsible for their belongings. If an item is left behind and shipping is requested, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will be charged.

Extended Stay Cleaning: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added to the reservation.

Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will be subject to a $50 fine.

We had 10 people stay while we were in town for a family reunion. Beds were extremely comfortable and felt like there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the games that were provided and accessibility to downtown St. Charles.

Family Visit

Took my wife, four children, and granddaughter to the St. Louis/St. Charles area (Some for the 1st time) to see family. The property location was awesome, great access to where we needed and wanted to go. If you're going to staying in St. Charles, this location is walking distance from Historic Main Street.

Downtown St Charles

The house had a great amount of space to accommodate our family of 4 adults and two children two years and under. It also had a nice fenced in back yard for kids to play and close to downtown coffee shops and riverfront park.

Family vacation

Perfect home, perfect location! Loved that 3 rooms had king sized beds for all the adults (no drawing straws for the “king” bed!) and bunks for the Grands! Added bonus was the St Charles art festival! We had a wonderful stay!

I needed to make a change to the dates we were staying and the host was completely unwilling to even consider working with us. We are a small family business doing work all over the US. We were not taking away any days of rental, if anything we would have needed to add an additional 2 weeks. All we needed to do was change the dates to dates he verified were available. We went with someone else for the additional weeks! Someone with compassion and understanding that sometimes life happens and things become out of our control. His unwillingness to help ended up costing us an additional 1500. Definitely won't be booking this property ever again.

Pleasant surprise

Historical districts can be hit and miss with housing quality. This location provided the family a place close to the airport, restaurants, and the historical district gave the family a great place to walk around. We enjoyed the local shops and the Lewis and Clark Museum and Boat house. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home was clean, well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home was overall-inviting. For an older home, the decor and electronics (TV's and kitchen appliances) were modern and felt comfortable. The family all agreed that if we come to the area again, it would be a place we would stay. There are steep stairs to the full bathroom so it may not work for other families, but it worked well for us.

Great place to stay

Very well done home in the historic district, felt very comfortable and safe. The neighborhood is quite and backyard was a very peaceful place to sit and relax. Jeffrey was so quick to answer any questions we had and his communications prior to and during our stay really made our experience with VRBO totally awesome.
