This was an awesome VRBO. Fabulous location, amenities, and as described. The home is deceptively huge, with a great layout. And the Yay team is awesome as well. I hope to stay at their property again in the near future.

Funky layout - a super cool house in a great neighborhood. A little store is just a 2 min walk away as well as a pub with great food. The house was perfect for our group with multiple seating areas for hanging out and a big table for everyone to sit at together. The basement is a little basement-y (dehumidifiers running) but provided just enough space. The beds are pretty firm but comfortable. The host was very quick to respond about an outlet that wasn't working. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you are staying in the Twin Cities area!

Plenty of Space for Large Groups

We had a great stay at this house! Our group consisted of 8 adults, and the house provided plenty of room for us. The house was just as advertised, well stocked with anything we needed, and Tanya was great at communicating throughout the entire process. We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area!

Great for a group!

This house was perfect for our group of friends! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a large group. Every time I messaged the host I received a response back within a few minutes which made planning and our stay a breeze.

Trip

This is a very clean and organized home. We really enjoyed the wonderful grocery store at the end of the block and the other little shops in the area. If you are a tall person beware of some of the stairways and you will have trouble in the shower on the main floor. The rest of the bathrooms are great.

Great family place

This property is just as advertised - excellent space to get together. It is in a quiet older neighborhood, tree lined streets, great for walking. It is also close to a number of places to walk or have food delivered. The house is older with a mix of gorgeous woodwork and quirky more modern additions. We loved it. We had no issue parking both an SUV and a Minivan in the small driveway off of the alley. We also never had an issue with plenty of available street parking. The owners obviously put effort into hosting, from available coffee and popcorn, to toiletries, to high quality towels and mattresses. Very pleased in every way.

Family reunion

Tanya is a great host! We had a great time in this perfect St Paul house. We were a group of 13 and had plenty of room for relaxing, spreading out, cooking meals and eating. All the rooms were so comfortable and tastefully decorated. Definitely a great find! Thank you Tanya!!!

Wonderful house in St Paul

we came for our daughter’s graduation with family and had a lovely experience at the Groveland Inn. Tanya was communicative, the house was as shown and better. Super well equipped for large groups, we had a lovely family gathering over the weekend - I would stay again!

This was a great property and a great host! Tanya was very helpful with local recommendations and she answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Great place for multiple families!

This was the perfect property for a few families to meet up and stay together! We fit plenty of cousins/aunts/uncles in the home, and found everything we needed to make meals and spend time visiting together. We appreciated having a full bathroom for each family. Excellent for Large Group

Our group of 14 stayed here for 3 nights. The property fit everyone comfortably. The 2 dining rooms, large living room, and 2 refrigerators on the main level accommodated our group as we prepared for a wedding and watched the NBA finals on the large TV.

Family Christmas

Sleeping spaces & bathrooms were great for our group of 15 adults and one preschooler. Kitchen was small (narrow), but other spaces made up for it. We will definitely keep this property on our list!

Great House

Great house with all the amenities included! Only thing that was an issue was the Hot water ran out rather quickly for a house that sleeps 16. Love the charm and character of the house. Nice to have blankets in the living room, games available and a fully stocked kitchen! Overall a wonderful stay! Property manager was awesome too.

Good stay for family

The house is pleasantly decorated, well-kept, organized, and well-stocked. Check-in went perfectly and Tanya responded to any questions. The galley kitchen is smallish for more than one, the oven was a little erratic , but since cooking wasn’t a big part of our weekend, it all worked out. I recommend this property!

This neighborhood is amazing. Friendly people. Cute bars, restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

I love music so we tried something different at this house and each room has a song and was designed around a piece of the lyric. Every bedroom has a lyric with a QR code to the song! We also LOVE dancing in the kitchen so there is an entire wall of options for the littles, the boomers, the gen x and everything in between.

Great game room in the basement for the kids or the adults. Wii Console included and easy to hook up a gaming console you may have brought as well.

Every room bedroom has a memory foam mattress, blackout curtains and TV.

Two Living rooms and dining rooms makes for lots of room to congregate. And an extra fridge, because when I travel with 12 people, I ALWAYS NEED MORE SPACE in the fridge!
