THE PROPERTY: Plan your next vacation and stay at this charming Lazycabin. We are not directly on the lake, but close to a few. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom log home provides everything you need for an stress-free vacation. This home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms ( King-loft, Queen, Queen, queen-size sleeper living room, queen-size sleeper basement/game room). All bedrooms have new mattresses, 2 flat screen TVs (living room and family/game room), a bright well-equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a family/game room, and an enormous yard with BBQ grill, fire pit, and sitting area. Toss bean bags. Plenty of parking space.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the extra-large deck. Explore nearby lakes, beaches, state parks, golf courses, skiing resorts, and ATV/UTV trails.

Visit a Beach at Petenwell Lake, Castle Rock Lake, Friendship Lake, Arrowhead Lake, and Sherwood Lake.

Located just a short drive from Sand Valley Golf Resort, one of Wisconsin's premier golf destination. Many other golf courses nearby.

ATV/UTV roads to trails directly from the house.

At day's end, enjoy quality time around the bonfire or a fireplace inside the house.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, 2 beach towels, beach blanket, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and 2 swimming noodles, 3 water guns. Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, regular soap, coffee/tea, and coffee syrups. Salt & Paper and other spices.
Gas grill (propane provided). Fire pit -one bundle of wood for the bonfire is provided (you can get additional wood at the gas station). Two Duraflame logs for the inside fireplace are provided for your stay. Please use only Duraflame logs for the house fireplace.

POLICIES:
No smoking/vaping
No events/parties. $50 per person/night will be charged for any additional guests over 10 people. Limit 10 ppl at the property at all the time.

A photo ID may be required upon check-in.

NOTE:
A $1000 fine will be strictly enforced for any indication of large parties or events on this property. Please follow our no events/parties policy to avoid fines.

$500 Pet fee- Please adhere to our no-pets rule.

$100/hr. fee for late departures. Please depart before 11:00 am and respect the cleaner's time to clean for the next guests. Thank you!

Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at each entrance door and garage.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure, or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Also, you are tucked into nature, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the occasional visit from a ladybug or other small critters. While we do our best to keep the space clean and cozy, it's part of the charm (and reality) of staying in the woods. If you're uncomfortable with the possibility of seeing a bug or two, this may not be the right fit. No refunds provided.

Mowing in summer- There is a mowing service throughout the summer, there is always a chance they will show up during your stay, and their services can take up to one hour.

Snow plowing- There is snow plowing service throughout the winter there is always a chance they will show up during your stay and the services can take up to one hour.

The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Children must be monitored.

The garage is not for guest use. 2 closets in the basement are private and not for guest use. The green gas stove in the loft area is not for guest use.

DEPARTURE: Check out before 11:00 am. Remove all trash and recyclables and place them in the correct bins outside.
If your departure is Sunday-pls place bins at the end of driveway by the road for Monday garbage pick up.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. THANK YOU!
