The primary suite was spacious and comfortable. Loved the shower. Enjoyed the hot tub. It was a little small but perfect for our small group. The kitchen was good and had what we needed. Additional wine glasses would have been a plus. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well!

In general, we had a good time. But there were pros and cons to it. Pros:-Host communication was great-prime location close to the beach -lots of beach/pool stuff to use-master bedroom shower amazingCons:-not a New build as listed house need improvement and maintenance -bbq had old burnt on food and it looks like it got on fire and stained the walls black-the fridge doesn’t cool or freeze correctly, techs arrived and couldn’t fix the issue, no other solution was offered-front door never closed correctly because the locks looked like they were damaged by water-pool wasn’t super clean it had a lot of dead bugs and the spa/jacuzzi never worked-there’s a roach problem at night on the pool area, needless to say we never enjoyed the pool at night-one of the “bedrooms” looked like an office with clear glass doors facing the living room, no privacy at all for guests in that room.In general great stay for the price. It’s just needs maintenance.

Thank you for your review, very sorry the fridge went our during your stay. A new one is being delivered this Thursday. The pest company has been out and will be out again to spray the pool area again. The grill, I'll be sure to have it cleaned and the black on the wall is just from the smoke but I'll address it. Front door, the locks are in working order but the salt in the air does harm metal and I'll see about replacing those to get the door sealed correctly. The front room has shades and curtains to give privacy for anyone in there. Thank you again for staying with us and letting me know what needs to be correctly. Justin

Very beautfiful house with a great location. Some things could have been cleaned better in the house and bed coverings did not seem like they have been washed. Back patio did not lock and front door needs to be adjusted. Also some times the key pad did not work?
