At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unbedingt eigene Schneidemesser mitbringen. Im Bad haben wir nochmal Hand angelegt.Das erwarte ich eigentlich vom Reinigungspersonal. Die Betten waren gut, die Bettenschoner haben lange keine Wäsche erhalten. Und der Mülleimer ist kaputt. Keine Fliegengitter. Unbedingt Mückenschutz fürs Schlafzimmer mitbringen. W-LAN hatten wir nicht. Es gibt einen Anschluss, der jedoch bei uns nicht funktionierte.Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Sehr Zentrumsnah und gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation verlief immer reibungslos und sehr schnell, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf. Fam. Fichtl

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Das Zimmer was wir gebucht hatten, war sehr zufriedenstellend. Alles da was man braucht. (Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.) Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und schön groß (Schlafzimmer etwas kleiner). Manko : in der heutigen Zeit sollte wlan schon vorhanden sein, und eine kleine Klimaanlage oder etwas ähnliches. (wir hatten nun auch top Wetter, und es war schwer eine angenehme Temperatur in der Dachwohnung zu erreichen. Ansonsten alles top, wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Gegend

Von der Ferienwohnung ist alles gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Erster Besuch dort, aber wir kommen wieder. Vom Gastgeber lagen keine Informationen aus, wie z. B. Müll entsorgt werden soll oder was es an Unternehmungen etc gibt. Auf Nachfrage nur spärliche und unfreundliche Antworten. Schade.

Wohnung in zentraler Lage,zu empfehlen

Wohnung sauber alles vorhanden bei Wärme im zweiten Stock ‚besonders das Schlafzimmer schwer zu lüften ,es fehlte uns ein Balkon ,Beschreibung z.b.Müllentsorgung fehlte vollständig.

Tolle Wohnung mit guter Lage für Entdecker

+ schöne Wohnung + gute Ausstattung + sehr zentrale Lage + Fahrradschuppen und Parkplatz - Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, Betten und Dusche waren aber sauber - W-Lan viel zu langsam, nicht nutzbar - Küche sehr unbequem, für einen Urlaub gerade so brauchbar

Fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Preisen und dem gesamt Paket, die Möbel im Wohnzimmer insbesondere die Couch könnte erneuert werden und ein Backofen wäre sehr hilfreich.

Fischland Darß Zingst

Diese Feriengegend bietet neben der herrlichen Ostsee hervorragend ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege. Es gibt auch viel zu erfahren über die ständig sich verändernde Flora sowie die Fauna. Wie haben sehr schöne 14 Tage verbracht, kulinarisch bleiben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, die See ist nur ca. 700 m entfernt. Das nächste Mal würden wie allerdings eine Unterkunft vorziehen, die die Möglichkeit bietet, auch im Freien sitzen zu können, vlt. sogar im Grünen 😊.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Seebrücke waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
