Farmhouse near the Lake

Looking for room to spread out with you group at Possum Kingdom? Looking for a little elbow room but near the water? Then book our four bedroom home designed for up to 8 guest. There is a separate game room with TV, ping pong, and board games. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer as well and the ramp is a quarter mile down the road.

Near several restaurants and marinas but quiet and secluded by itself. Public boat ramp is less than a 5 minute drive away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location

The property was in a great location, nice and quiet, not far from the lake and boat dock. We live the possum kingdom/fox hollow area! Plenty of room, and enough beach towels in case you forgot yours (like myself). The yard was nice, for little puppies to run and play! The beds were comfy as well. This was a cute little “farm house” at the lake!

Cozy lake house

Cozy house, close to the lake with good boat parking and quick access to public boat dock. Game room was a nice addition and provided more gathering space. Comfortable accommodations and responsive management. Would absolutely recommend.

Keypad a little tricky to figure out and some confusion about a key vs keypad access at check-in that escalated unexpectedly. Some family members arrived earlier than check in time and added to the escalation but we were able to talk to owner on the phone and ultimately worked out despite early check in at noon and issues with keypad access. We were unable to use keypad lock when we left so recommend owner have it looked at.

Thanks for staying with us. Your party arrived noon and entered through a door that had been left unlocked, which was not supposed to be allowed. The lock will not be active until a half hour before your arrival. In the future, if you need an early arrival please communicate that with me and I'll be happy to accommodate you. My wife and I have always are Dallas based and love sharing our rentals with others who enjoy the outdoors as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This unique property has been recently renovated and has plenty of room to spread. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main bedroom is on the ground level and features a king bed. The game room is separate from main house and features a ping pong table, a foos ball table, and a large TV. You'll enjoy a large porch to gather with your family and friends in the evenings to watch the sunset while you enjoying winding down the day.

BYOB (bring your own boat)! There is plenty of room to park a boat out front and the public boat ramp is located close by. There is plenty of parking on the road or in the drive way. Possum Kingdom is known for many different coves and cliffs to explore.

This house allows families to relax and be close together will having separate spaces in which to have time relax away from each other.
