The Space:

Beautiful Lake Metigoshe awaits you and your morning cup of coffee, as you watch the Morning Sun rise over Ski Island and glisten off the pristine natural lake. Located on the Canadian border, Lake Metigoshe is nestled perfectly in the Turtle Mountains. Enjoy year-round activities and relaxation like hiking at Lake Metigoshe State Park, lake swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, winter skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and the list goes on and on! Also, near by is the International Peace Gardens, Mystical Horizons, Willow Lake National Wildlife Refuge and the city of Bottineau for all your shopping needs.



Come for a small family outing, honeymoon, anniversary, wedding party, or plan your next family reunion. Get ready for the lake life and making memories that last a lifetime!



There's plenty of room for everyone with 10 beds in 5 bedrooms (plus a queen-sized futon). A full kitchen upstairs and a wet bar with full fridge in the basement recreation area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. We also have three single person inflatable kayaks and one two-person inflatable kayak available for use during your stay.



Getting Around:

You'll likely need to drive to the cabin, but once you're here there are ample opportunities for snowmobiling, boating, skiing, etc. There is a ski resort a few miles away. For supplies, there's a gas station on the east side of the lake or in Bottineau about 10 minutes away by car. Lake Metigoshi State Park is just a few minutes up the road as well. To get your boat in the water, just search "Lake Metigoshe boat launch" on Google :) There is room to park at least one boat at our dock.
