The smart, maritime style furnished 2-room apartment is located in the apartment house "Muschelbank", quietly located on a spacious plot in a residential street with no through traffic and with a large private parking lot in front of the house.

In just 5 minutes you are at the popular family lagoon, one of the two main beaches in Büsum with a tide-independent bathing area, surf school, playground and beach bistro.

The 47sqm 2-room apartment with balcony is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2m bed), a 3-piece wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV. If necessary, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (lying area 1.55mx 2.10m) for the 3rd and 4th Guest ready. The dining table with 4 seats is at the large window. In the shower room you will find an extra large shower (1.50m wide) and plenty of storage space and a hair dryer. The apartment also has a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a sunny and partially covered south-facing balcony with a view and a cloakroom.

A bicycle storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer in the attic (for a fee) are available to all guests.
