Ferienwohnung (100qm) in stadtnaher Lage. Zur Altstadt sind es 20 Gehminuten und es sind direkt vor Ort verschiedene Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder Bootsfahrten im Donau- und Altmühltal möglich. Die nächste Bäckerei liegt ebenfalls sehr nahe an der Unterkunft. Im Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Doppelbett (mit Fernseher), sowie im sehr geräumigen Wohnzimmer 2 Betten. Die separate Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirrsp��ler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, Wasserkocher und allen Küchenutensilien. Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein extra Esszimmer und verfügt über einen Sat-TV, Radio, Gesellschaftsspiele und eine Auswahl an Büchern. Das Bad ist komplett neu eingerichtet mit Dusche, WC, Spiegelschrank und Fön. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 möblierte Balkone (Osten und Westen mit Blick zur Befreiungshalle), ein überdachter Pavillon mit Sitzmöbeln und ein Garten. WLAN-Nutzung (200 MB), Parkplatz und abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeiten sind im Preis enthalten.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Kelheim sehr gut gefallen, wir haben Ausflüge mit Schiff und Fahrrad unternommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Lage der Wohnung, 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß zum historischen Ortskern und keine lohnenden Spaziergänge in Wohnungsnähe

Sehr zu empfehlen
Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der abgeschlossenen Garage abstellen. Im Hof gab es für das Auto einen separaten Abstellplatz. Wohnung ist groß (ca. 100 qm). In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen Ost- wie auch Westbalkon. 20 Min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen wie auch mit dem Fahrrad.
