New 14' Foot Shuffleboard in new game room. Beds include 2 kings 1 queen, 2 full, and 1 full trundle plus a twin bunk bed. It has a large covered & screened-in-patio w/ an additional brick patio and gas grill for a great barbecuing experience. The back yard is shaded and private for your relaxation. Set in the center of the Arlington 'Entertainment District, you can walk the half mile in either direction to AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Park. You will find many shops and restaurants along the way. Located halfway (16 miles each way) between Dallas and Fort Worth.

Great location and host

We were in town for the Army vs Air Force football game, so the location was perfect. Great communications with host and good space for the families to hang out. Plenty of close food options too.

College Baseball Trip

Had a great time. Property was as advertised. Easy access. Great location for proximity to Globe Life and Jerry World. Cooked steaks on outdoor gas grill. Played shuffle board way to late into the night. Fun stay!

Great place for a game in Arlington!

We had an enjoyable stay for a trip to AT&T stadium to see the Cowboys v. Texans game. The place has some good amenities and it walking distance to the stadium. It was nice to relax in the hot tub following the game!

Nice Home, Great Location

This is a cute older home in a great location. It's only a few minutes' walk to AT&T Stadium, and a short drive to Six Flags and grocery stores. The property was clean and cozy. The property manager was really quick to respond with any questions I had. If I ever find myself in Dallas again, I will definitely consider staying here again.
