Our Serenity Vacation Home w/ Heated Pool

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated, heated pool home is centrally located in the luxurious Westmoreland area of Port Saint Lucie Florida.

We have endless amenities, especially for the kids including our entertainment room; complete with an 8' regulation size pool table, kids games, 4k TVs throughout the house, bunk beds in the kids room and our newest thrill.... RAZOR ESCOOTERS!!! That's right, ESCOOTERS are available for both kids and adults. (Please contact us for more information.) Enjoy our heated pool and our large pool deck complete with chaise lounge chairs, patio furniture, patio dining table, pool toys, BBQ grill, beach towels and chairs.

Close to shops, restaurants, various attractions, Palm Beach International Airport and most importantly, the BEACH!!! With a total of 3,793 sq ft of luxury to enjoy, now is the time for your family to celebrate with a Florida vacation.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is an additional charge for heating the pool of $80 per day. It can take 24hrs to bring the pool up to the desired temperature.
The pool table should not be moved for any reason. The fee for not complying with this directive is $1,000.00.
Guest agree to use Escooters at this their own risk. Owner/Management will not be liable for any injuries or accidents caused by using the Escooters.

Nice place for vacations

Nice beautiful place and spacious. We had a good time staying, sharing with friends. Outside very nice you can be there all there watching the kids in the pool.

Great Neighborhood,Great Time

We especially enjoyed the neighborhood. The house was more than we needed for only 3 adults. There was plenty to do close by, visited te/he West Palm Beach Zoo, Botanical Gardens, several beaches, nature trails, rode bikes, swam in the pool, dined and strolled some of the boardwalks and towns nearby.

Snowbird stay.

We stayed at the property twice. Very comfortable, bathrooms and Kitchen recently remodeled were clean and new. The outdoor space was our favorite. Jonathon was awesome to deal with We had a couple minor maintenance issues he was right on it and fixed right away. Exc house for the money.

This property is heaven!

We stayed at this property for a week. It was clean, decorated beautifully, had EVERYTHING you need. We cooked a lot at the house. I even made a birthday cake for my grandson. The pool and patio were awesome, seriously we did not want to leave. This was an awesome vacation for our 3 generations. The owner was great with communication and helpful with sight seeing suggestions. We would return here in a heartbeat! I wish every VRBO was like this, well maintained. I highly recommend this propery.

Winter -work from home -stay.

Very nice comfortable home we especially enjoyed the outside seating with both shade and sun options during the day. Kitchen and bathrooms newly remodeled felt new. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. We stayed there early in February and came back for a stay of a month in March. Jonathon was very responsive very nice to deal with. Helped us out with local recommendations. Thanks Johnathon.
