Very spacious place, for 16 guests, very quiet neighborhood with direct access to our private beach. TVs pool tables, and mini bars for the entire guests! Each balcony has views of the ocean, with covered parking, picnic areas, and outdoor showers.4 out of 5 beds room have view of the ocean.

Great Home, great location

Stayed at your lovely house for the weekend with approximately 16 people house is very comfortable very accommodating for teenagers.

Great House, perfect location

We had 10 teenagers and 4 adults and it was the perfect house. Very open and spacious, great views of the beach from the decks and just steps to the walkover to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a crock pot and air fryer/toaster that came in very handy. I will say the thermostat was a bit difficult to figure out but so instructions on how to use that could help. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again although do wish they allowed well trained dogs :-)
