The first floor has a spacious living room with fireplace, built-in bookshelves, dining room (seats 6), wet bar, wine cooler & half bath. Fully stocked kitchen additional family room and covered/screened porch over looking water. Second story has four bedrooms three full baths (1 has shower tub combo & 1 has shower) 2 rooms have covered balconies. The third floor is dedicated to a huge master suite, master bath, and private balcony. Utilities are included (water internet lawn care Roku streaming devices, electric etc.) Call for details rates & dates vary. Rates do not include short-term taxes cleaning fees damage protection utility fees etc.
