About this property

Half of the farm right on the dunes in Callantsoog

Holiday home Duinhoeve is a very special vacation home. The newly renovated house for 8 people is located in the rear half of an old farm right on the dunes, just a stone's throw from the beach and 2 km from the famous seaside resort Callantsoog with all necessary shops, cafes, terraces, restaurants and pretty boutiques.

The open view from the large terrace is fantastic. The beach is only a few minutes' walk through the dunes. The living area on the ground floor is spacious with a cozy seating area with flat screen TV with German channels as well as a nice dining area for 6-8 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with u. a. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven / microwave combination, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine here.
Furthermore on the ground floor a bedroom with 2 single beds next to each other and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the first floor there are three other beautiful bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with 2 single beds side by side. on the upper floor there is also a second toilet with an anteroom with a sink and mirror.

In front of the house a large sun terrace with garden furniture, grill, 2 sun loungers and all around a fantastic unobstructed view of a nature area and dunes.

Eine Dusche zu wenig für 6 Pers. Ausstattung der Küche wie kleine Löffel, Auflaufform, größer Ofen fehlte. Jeweils ein Nachttisch in den Schlafzimmern zu wenig. Das sind lediglich Hinweise. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Klasse Urlaub

Wir waren zu fünft mit 2 Hunden in dem Bauernhaus. Die Lage ist super, ruhe und keine direkten Nachbarn. Nach callantsoog läuft man 30 minuten und zum Strand 10 Minuten über die Dünen. Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestatet. Auf alle fälle eine Reise wert!

Verlängertes Wochenende

Wir haben mit acht Erwachsenen ein verlängertes Wochenende von vier Tagen in diesem wundervoll geräumigen Haus verbracht. Unsere beiden Hunde waren auch mit dabei. Das Haus ist großzügig mit zwei Couchen und einem riesigen Esstisch für acht Personen ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch wenn alle im Raum waren, nicht eingeengt, fühlte. Die Küche ist gut mit Geschirr und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Zu beachten ist, dass der Backofen nicht die Größe eines im Herd integrierten Backofens besitzt. Er war jedoch groß genug für zwei große, selbst mitgebrachte Auflaufformen. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Den Vermieter haben wir als offenen und netten Menschen kennengelernt. Es war alles Bestens und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Direkt an den Dünen

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Für Hunde ist es der wahrgewordene Traum. Man befindet sich direkt am Hundestrand. Das Haus hat eine normale Ausstattung. Es ist alles ein bisschen Älter, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Zwei Kritikpunkte wären dort leider, das Hauptbad ist nicht geputzt worden und der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt. Wäre auch für Hunde die erzogen sind kein Problem… nur leider hat der Nachbar / der auch der Vermieter ist/ sehr viele Hühner, die überall rumlaufen.

Rundum empfehlenswert

Einfache und gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung, sympathischer Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alle Utensilien, die man im Alltag benötigt. Die Lage ist klasse. Unmittelbar an Feldwegen, in 5 Minuten am Strand. Ideal für Spaziergang (mit Hund). Auch der Ortskern von Callantsoog ist in circa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
