Spacious Mid Century Home by the Plaza District

A charming, newly renovated 1940’s brick home full of character and natural light. Includes a variety of relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Located on a pedestrian-friendly street walking distance to local restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment .
As artists and lovers of the arts, we use our home to display a rotating art exhibition with international, national and local artists.
We provide delicious organic coffee - artist series blend - by Leap Roasters, a local micro-roastery.
The house has two separate living space that allows for more gathering. We love the natural light that baths this charming home that still has it's original hardwood floors and fixtures.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
If not checked out by 11am, an additional day rate will be charged.
Leave the property as you found it. Return all items to their original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking Indoors. An additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if vape, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. are used indoors.
Maintain Household Items. If you rearrange any items, such as blankets or furniture, put everything back where it belongs before you check out.
Leave property as you found it (wash dishes, remove trash, etc). Leave dirty towels in laundry room. $275 fee will be charged for messes left behind.
