The photos are extremely misleading. The hot tub is not just for this cabin. It's across the road at the main building. That's like half of the reason we booked this place but it wasn't even on our deck like it seems. Check in was weird. The door was just open when we got there which made me feel very unsafe. No deadbolt on the door, only a keypad that who knows how many people have access to. Again, made me feel very unsafe. Cabin itself was fine. Wish there was a fan or tv in the bedroom though. It was nice on the porch in the morning and sunset over the lake.

Family Vacay

Our family had a fantastic time here. There was plenty of room for all of us. It has a cozy and comfortable feel with spectacular views of the sun setting over the lake and the pool lit up at night. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch swing, grilling and making s’mores on the giant deck. We’re already talking about our next trip back.

We arrived at 4:05pm and they were still cleaning the cabin so we had to wait for 20 minutes. When they left we went to open the door with the code supplied and it didnt work. Could not open the cabin door. Called the number supplied and got a voicemail. Called multiple times. No answer we finally packed back up and were heading to look for a hotel, and got a text (a 30 or 40 minutes after our first call) with a new code, because the first one didn't work. Drove back to the cabin. (Pretty frustrated that there was no one on site and yet it took that long to respond). No one ever checked back to see if we got in the cabin. Over all our stay after that was fine. A few notes though. Since there is no ice maker in the fridge/freezer perhaps put a couple of plastic ice trays in so you can make ice. I had asked the owner if the grill mentioned was charcoal or propane. He replied charcoal only. I didn't want to mess with that so we didn't bring anything for the grill. At the cabin there were both a charcoal AND a propane grill. The propane came on but we didn't bring any utensils or a way to light it. The ignitor didn't seem to work. There were some matches there but someone left them outside so they were destroyed by the rain. We did have a peaceful couple of days mid week, and the cabin was comfortable.

Nice cabin, clean, well maintained. It looked much larger in the pictures but it still had plenty of room for us. Enjoyed the stay.

Great Lake View and Lake Access

Check in was easy and the cabin was clean. It was little hard to find in the dark, but we managed. We did have some problems with the plumbing, but the proberty manager was quick to respond and correct the issues (I"ve stayed in many hotels that were less responsive). I will warn you there isn't Wi-FI and some members of your family may think they will not make, but they wills survive. There is a DVD player so bring some moves to enjoy. Only thing we wished there was more of was cups. Great accomidations and would stay there again

Outside part of cabin needs some clean up

Inside of cabin was clean and comfortable. Outside needs some upkeep and cleanup. Info on using the boat dock, where to launch your boat, instruction on not pulling your boat trailer to the cabin, etc needs to be given on the Vrbo site itself so one knows before driving to the cabin with a trailer.
