Spacious house with stunning views @ Running Y

You will love this spacious 2,800 sqft residential home at the Running Y Resort! This custom home has a gorgeous view of the Arnold Palmer golf course.
You get all of the amenities of the Running Y Resort (indoor pool and fitness center passes for 6) but with a home! The location is perfect as you are within a 2 minute drive to the many amenities that come with renting a Running Y house. This house is about 15 minutes outside of Klamath Falls and 65 minutes from the gorgeous Crater Lake!

This is a custom-built home, with an incredibly spacious living room and open kitchen. Great for the chef who wants to entertain, while being part of the conversation.
There are two tables for guests to sit at and a kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake to your hearts desire. There are even two ovens.
The patio is perfect for hosting family get togethers or just sitting by the fire pit. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the Running Y Resort from the patio. You can grill on the deck and enjoy the patio table as you dine.
There is also a set apart office area (with a sofa bed) that you could use for zoom meetings or just some quiet work. An additional private office is located in the laundry area.
There are 3 bedrooms and an office, which is the 4th bedroom with a sofa bed.

The master has its own private bathroom with a large tub and a large shower. The master bedroom connects to the gorgeous patio. Enjoy the king sized bed, while enjoying the view of Running Y out the window.
Bedroom two had another king bed with a sleep master mattress. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is an office and has a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
There is a large bathroom (with a tub and shower) in between the bedrooms.
The laundry room is equipped with everything you will need, including a separate desk for those quiet calls.

House Rules:
This is our dream home. Please help us take good care of it!
We are sorry but there is no smoking or vaping.

No parties or events, including large family birthdays, reunions or memorials without prior approval. This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors.

Only 8 guests allowed over night, including children.

Please do not have packages delivered to the house as many are delivered to the locked mailbox and you will not have access to the locked box.

We welcome up to two trained dogs in our home. If you have more dogs, you may write a request to the hosts. We provide a small inside kennel and there is also an outside kennel too. We ask that you please do not leave your dog unattended in our home and that you pick up after your furry friend. Sorry, we do not accept cats due to family allergies.

No parties or events, including large family reunions.

No tent camping or campers/trailers/RV allowed, due to HOA rules.

Please note: We do have a few closets locked in the house, for owner storage. The garage is also for owner storage.

Please note we have a front doorbell camera (to assist guests as needed) and one outside by the garage (side door) for safety.
