Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt von Donoratico kommend hinter Sassetta an einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße in den Hügeln. Sie ist geeignet für Ruhe suchende Menschen, die das Land erkunden wollen, zum Meer ist es ein ganzes Stück zu fahren. Es handelt sich um die Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock des Hauses, im Erdgeschoss gibt es mit getrennter Einfahrt und Eingang eine zweite Wohnung. Beide haben eigene Sitzplätze mit Grill. Schaukel und Sandkasten scheinen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gedacht. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und funktional eingerichtet, verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit großem Esstisch, einem separaten Wohnzimmer und zwei voll ausgestatteten Schlafzimmern. Das kleine Bad beinhaltet sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine, allerdings auch eine sehr enge Dusche. Wasser ist heiß, der Druck gut. Für unseren Bus, der nicht in die Einfahrt passte (was auch nicht schön gewesen wäre, das Auto mitten im Garten), gab es ein paar Meter entfernt einen separaten, abschließbaren Stellplatz. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohl gefühlt! Etwas störend war der Lärm durch die Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, waren ein paar scharfe Messer, ein zweites, größeres Schneidebrett und eine kleine "mitnehmbare" Lampe (damit man nicht immer die grelle Deckenbeleuchtung nutzen muss), alles was unseren Aufenthalt noch etwas verbessert hätte. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und die schön eingerichtete Wohnung.

Séjour au calme

Ils ont été très gentils de nous attendre pour nous donner les clés à minuit! Guiseppe est passionné de sa région, simple et généreux tout comme sa maison. Sa femme a donné un mignon sac de coquillages à ma fille pour l'accueillir. La maison est isolée et perchée en altitude dans les châtaigniers et d'autres grands arbres. La décoration est aussi ancienne avec un relatif confort par rapport en France: pas de micro ondes mais linge et draps fournis, bouilloire, grille pain, lave linge et lave vaisselle très pratiques en vacances ! La douche est trop petite et quelquefois la pression est insuffisante mais nous nous sommes bien reposés après une baignade sur leur plage privée à 20 min de la maison avec un parking fermé très pratique quand tout le littoral est bondé. Guissepe prendra le temps de vous expliquer sa passion de la nature et de ses plantes. La maison est un rayon de 2h30 en voiture de villes connues comme Florence, Pise et Rome 3h en train. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre simplicité et naturel !

Nella tranquillità totale. Ma vicino al mare

Sassetta è a 25 minuti dal mare, ma la casa avvolta nel verde vicino al paese di Sassetta, è un oasi di fresco, con il suo giardino tavolo all'aperto e barbecue. Le stanze sono ottime. Gli'unici difetti la cabina doccia un po stretta ed antiquata e la mancanza di un tagliere tra gli attrezzi da cucina.
