HOLIDAY APARTMENT NEAR FREIBURG -GUNDELFINGEN
We rent our modern 1.5 room apartment to holidaymakers on a daily and weekly basis. The apartment is located in Gundelfingen and is therefore very close to Freiburg at the foot of the Black Forest.

THE APARTMENT

-KITCHEN-
The apartment has a small, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. A kettle and a coffee machine, as well as all standard kitchen utensils are available.

-BATHROOM-
The bathroom has a shower and plenty of towels.

-LIVING AND BEDROOM-
The living room and bedroom have a large cozy bed (140 x 200m) and a couch that can also be used as a bed. A clothes rail and chest of drawers provide space to store items of clothing. There is also a small desk with a desk. A large color TV screen is also available.
(There is no washing machine in the apartment - important information for long-term tenants).

ACCESS FOR GUESTS

The apartment has a separate entrance. Our guests can go in and out as they please. We are also flexible when it comes to check-in times.

LOCATION

Gundelfingen is a suburb of Feiburg with very good connections to public transport. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. In the village itself, there are good shops (butcher, bakery and supermarket), as well as restaurants (a kebab snack bar is nearby).
The proximity to the train station in Gundelfingen is ideal for exploring the area without a car. It is just 10 minutes by train to the center of Freiburg.

Wiener sein sollte

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Geschäfte für den Einkauf fürs Frühstück sind fußläufig erreichbar. Eingeschränkt funktionsfähig war das WLAN. Reset des Repeaters in der Wohnung bringt nur temporär das WLAN Signal zurück. Der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung war so tief, dass unser Auto etwas in die wenig befahrene Straße ragte. Hat alles funktioniert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Momentan leider nicht zu empfehlen

Grosszügige Wohnung, genügend Platz und alles notwendige vorhanden. ABER: sehr feuchte Wohnug, dadurch sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Bei Ankunft stand elektrischer Entfeuchter im Wohnraum. Dieser war zur Nacht ausgeschaltet. Kleider waren am Morgen klamm. Nach wenigen Stunden in Betrieb war der Behälter wieder halb voll mit Wasser. An den Wänden sichtbare Tapetenablösung durch Feuchtigkeit, sichtbare Schimmelbildung in Ecken. Und der Geruch dementsprechend. Waren 2 Nächte. Hatten keine Alternative zum Wechsel. So sollte eine Wohnung nicht vermietet werden. Umso bedenklicher, wenn der Wasserschaden laut Vermieter schon längere Zeit zurück liegt. Woher kommt dann die immense Feuchtigkeit?

Kleine, saubere Fewo. Super Preis/Leistung. Ideal als Startpunkt für Sportler und Wanderbegeisterte. Wer zu zweit in einem 140er Bett kuscheln mag und sich mit der Souterrainlage arrangiert, sollte unbedingt von dort aus Freiburg plus Umgebungen kennenlernen. Danke gerne wieder!!!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was benötigt wird. Sie ist sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Meine Vermutung, dass es kalt werden könnte, hat sich nicht bestätigt. Also auch für ein kleines krabbelndes Kind im Winter kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Nette kleine Wohnung im Keller, bei der man sieht das sie mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kontakt zu Vermietern war sehr freundlich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in die Stadt oder zum Wandern in der Umgebung. Ein Supermarkt und eine Drogerie ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top! Nur zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung lag im Keller!!Kein Hinweis hier im Inserat. Daher auch keine gute Luft in der Wohnung.Kaffeemaschine war so abgenutzt, dass kein kaffegenuss möglich war. Wasserkocher total verkalkt. Neue Geräte wären angesagt.
