MY HAPPY PLACE - FUNTANA

A lovingly furnished and modern dream holiday home with sea views awaits you in the picturesque old fishing village of Funtana. The small town of Funtana is located on the western side of the peninsula of Istria, about 5 kilometers from the city of Porec. The newly built in May 2019 rental property is located in a quiet location. Within walking distance are three beaches (one of them suitable for babies) and the picturesque harbor Funtana (boat rental available).

In addition to the extremely large furnished terraces on the ground floor (gas grill and lounge available), the property has a beautiful roof terrace with sea views on which you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of Istrian wine.

For excursions in the immediate vicinity invites the water and slide park Aquacolours and the Dinopark located in Funtana.
The picturesque coastal towns of Poreč, Vrsar and Rovinj, as well as the unspoiled Istrian hinterland with the artist villages of Motovun, Bale and Grožnjan are just waiting to be explored.
In the summer months Funtana also offers various boat trips.

Athletes' hearts beat faster Thanks to the numerous waterways along the water and the many well-marked bike trails, which invite you to discover the beautiful hinterland of Istria (if necessary, bike rental on site).
Fitness enthusiasts will get their money's worth due to the training equipment installed close to the water, and there will be an asphalted sports field for the little ones.

Culinary well-being is ensured by a large selection of nearby restaurants, a tavern and two ice cream parlors. On site there are four supermarkets, a butcher and a small weekly market.
We look forward to welcoming beach lovers, water lovers, sun worshipers, recreation seekers, athletes and culturally interested guests in our beautiful cottage.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms (1 room with satellite TV) and a shower / WC. Top ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit den Schwiegereltern und Kindern sehr genossen. Es war alles was man benötigt fußläufig zu erreichen und zusätzlich konnte man mit den Auto die tollen umliegenden Orte sehr schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war top. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wie waren als Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung gemietet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gab zwei Kinderstühle. Der große Tisch ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Der Vermieter war (auch schon vor unserem Aufenthalt) jederzeit für uns erreichbar und man bekommt wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Einen schönen Strand mit schattigen Plätzchen gibt es fußläufig am Zebrastreifen links die Straße hoch, gleich neben einem der Campingplätze. Der Hafen mit angrenzendem Strand war nicht unser Fall. Man muss schon sehr nach der Nadel im Heuhaufen suchen, wenn wir etwas „negatives“ sagen können, dann das das ein Schlafzimmer nicht abgedunkelt werden konnte. Das wäre uns wahrscheinlich aber ohne Kleinkind nicht einmal aufgefallen. Alles in allen, können wir das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank!

empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, jedoch wäre ein Gefrierfach bei den heißen Temperaturen wünschenswert. Leider war das angegeben day bed in unserem Buchungszeitrum aufgrund eines Sturms nicht mehr vorhanden (wo day bed?) und wurde notdürftig mit Stühlen und Tischchen ersetzt. Das Internet ist nicht für die Nutzung von 6 Personen ausgelegt. Die Lage ist aber wirklich sehr gut, alles Notwendige ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Tolles Haus

Sehr moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage, nur 5min. zum Hafen, direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Markt mit Bäcker und Obstverkauf. Da es die Hauptzufahrt zum Hafen/Strand ist, ist jedoch auch etwas mehr Verkehr. Beim Sitzen auf der Terasse fahren öfters Autos vorbei oder es Menschen laufen vom/zum Strand. Ausstattung des Hauses ist gehoben mit praktischen Details wie integrierten Fliegengittern vor den Fenstern, Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilatoren und gutem Gasgrill. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorhinein war sehr gut und aufgeschlossen. Neben einer ausführlichen Email haben wir länger telefoniert und es wurden viele gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Urlaub

Haus 🔝. Sehr schön geschnitten und stilvoll eingerichtet. Super sauber. Die Betten waren ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Wäre richtig gut wenn ein kleiner Gefrierfach da wäre aber ohne kann mann auch leben😜 Kontakt mit dem Vermitter top.Alle Fragen immer sofort beantwortet. Lage sehr gut. Alles zu Fuß ereichtbar( einkaufen,Essen gehen, Strand) Vor der Tür hat mann frische Brötchen und frische Obst und Gemüse und lecker Wein. Funtana ist wunderschöne kleine Städtchen tolle Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir sind rund um zufrieden gewesen und voll erholt zurück nachhause gefahren. Ich empfehle jedem dieses Haus zu buchen

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht, sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und ein Smoothie Gerät. Das einzige was gefehlt hat ist das Gefrierfach für Kühlelemente. Wir sind das erste Mal in Funtana, das Dörfchen hat uns nicht zugesagt. Rechts vom Hafen haben wir keine gute Strände für uns gefunden, der einzige Strand, wo wir baden konnten, war am Polidor Strand und links vom Hafen musste man Berg rauf gehen, daher sind wir einfach mit dem Auto 6km nach Porec gefahren, war auch eine Gute Lösung, da wir sehr oft in Poretc waren und dort wunderschöne Strände kennen.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Super fanden wir, dass "alle* Zimmer mit Fliegengitter und Rollos (Rollos:bis auf das Schlafzimmer im 2.OG) ausgestattet sind. Am Abend des zweiten Tages kein Warmwasser mehr. Vermieter hatte schnelle Lösung: Dienstleister vor Ort kam zum beseitigen ( Heizung wurde am Vortag versehentlich vom Putztrupp ausgeschaltet), Reaktionszeit ungefähr eine Stunde, somit eine Top-Performance und kein Problem für uns :) Immer frische Frühstückssemmeln Dank Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Das einzige was etwas gefehlt hat war eine Couch o.ä. im Aufenthaltsraum (nicht tragisch, da zwei Terrassen) und gut schneidende Messer, wenn man selber Kochen will. Aber alles in allem wirklich toll, sind sehr zufrieden zurück gefahren.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, das beginnt bei den zur Verfügung gestellten Handtüchern und hört beim Mobiliar auf. Alles war einwandfrei sauber. Funtana ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit relativ viel Gastronomie, die Entfernung vom Haus zum Strand inkl. Cafe nur 10 Geh-Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht ganz so flüssig wie sonst beschrieben (er befand sich gerade selbst im Urlaub), aber sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das einzige Manko für uns waren die nicht vorhandenen Fernbedienungen für die Ventilatoren (unauffindbar nach der vorherigen Vermietung) und der nicht passende Anschluss zwischen Grill und Gasflasche, so dass wir diesen leider nicht nutzen konnten. Ansonsten zu 100 % zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Eine schöne Mischung aus Moderne und Landhausstil. Schöne Terrasse mit Grill. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein Obst/Gemüsestand. Ein kleines Manko: Die Schlafzimmer in der mittleren Etage haben keine Klimaanlage. Dadurch war Schlafen nur bei geöffnetem Fenster möglich. Dies war dann ab den Morgenstunden durch Autoverkehr und Kirchenglocken gestört. Zum Strand kommt man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Ebenso in die etwas größeren Städte Rovinj und Poreč. Es gibt sehr schöne Joggingstrecken vom Haus aus. Restaurants gibt es mehrere. Unbedingt vorher reservieren. Am Abend ist Funtana für uns ein wenig zu einsam gewesen. Eine nette Bar am Hafen zum Ausklang fehlte. Wer darauf aber keinen Wert legt, ist hier unbedingt richtig.

Super Haus

Das Haus ist hat eine super Lage. Zum Hafen sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand, mit einer super Strandbar circa 10 Minuten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Auch Herr Köglmeier war ein super Gastgeber. Das einzige Manko war, dass es kein Toilettenpapier, keine Küchenrolle und keine Müllbeutel gab. Diese konnte man aber in dem 5 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt besorgen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage!

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Kurze Wege zum Strand oder in die Altstadt. Bäcker direkt gegenüber, die Brötchen am Morgen waren gesichert. Supermarkt, Restaurants oder eine tolle Eisdiele um die Ecke erreichbar. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei. Würden wir immer wieder so machen. Bis Porec unmittelbar an der Küste entlang gibts es viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage, lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Im Juli/August 2020 haben wir (Familie, 6 Erwachsene) 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Buchung war unproblematisch, der Vermieter hat sich bereits im Vorfeld um uns gekümmert und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps bezüglich der Umgebung versorgt und alle unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Ausstattung (2xKlima, Ventilatoren, Gasgrill, Loungeecke, 2xFernseher, gut ausgestattete Küche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, uvm) lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Jeden Morgen haben wir am Marktstand gegenüber (100m Entfernung, trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung) Brötchen, frisches Obst und anderes gekauft, das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Marina (wir haben ein Sportboot gemietet) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, auch Badestrände/Beachclubs sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung haben wir unter anderem folgende Aktivitäten durchgeführt: Sportboot fahren, Jetski, Parasailing, Aquapark, Quadtour, Zipline, für jeden war etwas dabei. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für das Haus, den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die Lage und die Umgebung. Ein gelungener und stressfreier Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!
