YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. NO PETS No smoking, if evidence of smoking marijuana or tobacco in/on premises there will be a additional Fee of $300.00 Charged NO PARTIES OR "GATHERINGS"
