It's quiet. Great view of pool and ocean. Max and Q run the front desk and work hard to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Well maintained property. I recommend Caloosa Cove.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I were looking for a place to spend a long weekend to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. This condo had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and the beach just beyond. Also loved that it’s a 2 story building, so parking and accessing the unit was very easy.

Quick weekend trip

Nice and quiet, just what we were looking for. Stocked mini apartment with amenities (not food) but everything else. Appeared brand new, or super maintained. Staff was genuinely friendly and happy. Guests were well behaved and minded the quiet rules. Although there was no food and beverage venue on site, there are plenty close by.

Pool is very nice, waterfront view nice. Otherwise this property is rundown and needs updating. AC window units are so loud it’s hard to get any sleep. AC unit blew hot air onto balcony so we couldn’t use it , it also leaked water all over. Bathroom faucet leaked water everywhere. Restaurant on property is closed.

Lovely little resort!

Lovely little resort- ocean views were incredible. Immaculate property with an attentive staff. Great pool and deck! As far as location would have liked to be farther north. Nearest grocery store is 12-15 miles away. If coming from Miami stop at the Publix on the way. The listing said 3 restaurants within a minute or two walk- well unfortunately 2 of them are closed. The bed was very comfortable- for a studio it was perfect for my husband and I. The only big detractor was the room air conditioner- would not hear again bc of it. LOUD- and blew hot air onto balcony so wasn’t pleasant to sit there while it was on. Met a lot of nice people- a lot of time share owners. Great restaurants: Wahoo’s, Lorelei’s for casual sunsets!, Pappa Joe’s- pricey but delicious all in Islaramada. We had a relaxing fun week.
