I’ve stayed at several different properties in Gatlinburg over the years. This cabin is, by far, the nicest one yet. The property is exactly as described and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who want to have a relaxing escape but close enough to anything they’d want to do or see.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well stocked. Great area, we felt safe here. Took the trolley to Gatlinburg right from out front which made it so much easier to get to town!
Beautiful place. Great location on the river. We will stay again. We walked to the strip and trolley back. Beds slept great. Great communication with property rental. Few minor maintenance issues. Great place overall!!!

Great location
Great location. Close walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg.
Great location close to everything, comfy bed and check in and out very easy.I would recommend the owner to clean more thoroughly. Blinds, kitchen and tables were very dusty. Shower curtain durty and broken.
Property management needs to come in and look before renting.
The location was great! But had mold and mildew all over the shower curtain! Had to wash the comforter cause it had what looked like blood on it. Also had to clean the dishes before using them. They were not very clean! Property was not rent ready in my opinion.
This was one of the best cabins we've ever stayed in! It was just as described and the whole process from booking to check out was flawless! Thank you for making our anniversary memorable!
We had a wonderful stay at our cabin. The only tricky thing is that it’s very hard to see the keypad on the door if you arrive at night. There is also a keypad on the wall, which was confusing. The keypad on the door was the correct one. We entered our code into the wrong keypad and couldn’t get into our cabin on the first night because it was after hours. The staff offered us a full refund for the night, and everyone was super friendly. They even drove out to our cabin to help resolve the issue.
The cabin was stunning. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a running stream just out back and even though we were close to downtown it felt secluded. The birds were singing and I saw a chipmunk, so cute. Wish we had more time there.
We have very simple check-in and the cabin was ready. The cabin was clean, except the beds were a little uncomfortable. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We were very close to downtown. Just a little disappointed we didn’t see a bear!
Loved our 3 night stay here at Bear Tracks 17! The cabin was spacious & clean. Great location for hanging out around downtown Gatlinburg. They provided us with parking vouchers to use at the bearskins parking garage which was an unexpected bonus! Beds were comfy & the 2 person hot tub was lovely in the evenings! The only thing I would suggest is a new shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom but other than that, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this property!
The cabin was beautiful. But it was located too far from downtown and wasn’t an easy walk for us. But even though we were given free parking passes to park we were unable to find the parking place.
