Brione Verzasca: Rustico - "rustico" cottage "Maria", 3 storeys. In the resort, 18 km from the lake, 100 m from the river. Motor access to 40 m from the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 15 km, grocery 100 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Brione Paese (Bus Nr. 321)" 100 m, railway station "Tenero" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 20 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, public bathing area 20 km, lake Lago Maggiore 18 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 7 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, children's playground 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Vogorno. Hiking paths: Valle Verzasca. Wonderful hiking paths and children's playground nearby.
3-room house 30 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: ceiling height 90 - 210 cm, on 3 levels Low door height 146 cm with cable TV, flat screen and radio. Small kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Electric heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) entrance hall. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 6 at 100 m. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Traumhaftes Rustico für zwei

Das Dorf Brione liegt in einem der schönsten Täler des Tessins. Die Authentischen tessiner Häuser strahlen einen besonderen Charm aus. Es gibt zahlreiche Wanderungen direkt von der Haustür aus. Das Haus selbst ist frei von Luxus, aber hat alles was man braucht. Wer nach Reduktion auf das Wesentliche und Urtümliche sucht, wird hier fündig. Auch die Nachbarn sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

…um eine erholsame zeit zu verbringen. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt plus ganz viel charme-sowohl des Hauses als auch der Vermieterin,der Nachbarn und der gesamten Umgebung. Wem 08/15 zu wenig ist,ist hier richtig. Würde sofort wiederkommen*****

Ein super süsses kleines rustikales Häuschen, wo man alles hat was man braucht.Die Gastgeberin ist ein Gold Schatz, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wer es einfach mag, ist der Aufenthalt im Rustikale Maria der perfekte Ort ♥️

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und gut informiert über die Umgebung. Das Rustico ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht! Alles super sympa!

Romantisches Rustico

Das Rustico ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe zu den einzelnen Zimmer führt ausserhalb des Rustico über Granit Stufen. Der öffentliche Verkehr und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Dem Hofladen beim Camping unbedingt einen Besuch abstatten, es lohnt sich.

Un logement typique des habitations des montagnes tessinoises, idéal pour être en immersion. Le logement est en effet chauffé au bois, très petit et les étages ne sont pas reliés à l'intérieur. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Les équipements de base sont présents et le minimum de confort est assuré.

Das Haus klein aber fein.Der Ort sehr schön. Das Verzascatal hat uns sehr gefallen. Einkaufen im Ort, es war alles vorhanden.
