Waves of Grace is a Gulf Front home with 9 bedrooms and 7.5 baths located on a beautiful, uncrowded, private, sandy white beach. This home is approximately 18.5 miles west of Hwy. 59 and 7 miles east of historic Fort Morgan. Kiva Dunes Golf Course, one of the top rated public golf courses in the U.S., is located only six miles away! Seven other golf courses are located nearby. This 3 story home has three balconies and a private 10'x20' (actual swimming area) pool.

The main level of this home has a living room (with a large sectional sofa), dining room (with two tables that seat a total of 16), a kitchen (that is fully equipped), a bar area that will seat five, a laundry facility and half bath. In addition, one of the master bedrooms is on the main level and has a king-size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. It also has a new 60" LED television!!

The second level of Waves of Grace has four bedrooms (three are gulf front). The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The third master bedroom has a king-size bed that directly overlooks the Gulf, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The fourth master bedroom has a king-size bed that directly overlooks the Gulf and a private bath. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath.

The third level of this awesome home has four more bedrooms. The sixth bedroom directly overlooks the Gulf and has one set of bunk beds and a twin bed. The seventh bedroom directly overlooks the Gulf and has a queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms share a common bath. The eighth bedroom directly overlooks the Gulf and has one set of bunk beds and twin bed. The 9th bedroom has two sets of bunks and two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bath as well. The top floor also has a kids' den with a sleeper sofa, fridge and microwave.

This Gulf Front home is the perfect place for Family Reunions, Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Church Meetings, etc!

We booked 7 days for a wedding on the beach. The house was perfect. Direct access to the beach. Big kitchen with 2 fridges, which we filled. Loved keeping the littles occupied with the pool. The Host responded quickly and answered questions about the area. Would book again!!

Right on the beach

We had a large family group ranging from age 3-73 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing! Super close to the beach! Nice warm pool for the kiddos to enjoy! Host was very responsive when I needed to reach out about minor things. Would definitely go back to Waves of Grace!

Vacation Paradise

We had a wonderful time at "Waves of Grace". The location to the beach and ocean is perfect. Our guests enjoyed the pool also.The shopping area is not far so everyone had a good experience. We all took turns making dinner each night and it was enjoyable. The kitchen and dinning area are very nice with all good kitchen appliances. Overall I would recommend Waves of Grace for an outstanding vacation.

Absolutely amazing!

Easy and amazing. The house is gorgeous and spacious and I can’t explain how perfect our stay was! :) Some of the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work, but we were too busy enjoying everything for that to matter!

Beach Bums

We are a group of nine empty nest couples who started an annual Fall beach trip 5 years ago. We have been looking for a house that checks all the boxes and Waves of Grace is that house. It was large enough for each couple to have their own space and still have plenty of space for us to gather. We will definitely be back!

Lifelong friends

We chose Waves of Grace as it fit all of our needs for a group vacation - it was really much bigger than we needed but the place would be perfect for a larger family gathering with all of the twin and bunk beds on the 4th floor. We were just 4 couples and the 4 king beds with large bathrooms attached to each were great. The one thing I’d advise people to consider bringing is food storage containers. We made lunch and had a couple of dinners at home and we could have used some such containers for leftovers. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The beach view was awesome - we gathered there every morning with our coffee and breakfast as well as throughout the day. Loved it!!!

Wonderful place.

The house is huge. The kitchen is fully stocked. Whatever we needed it was there. We are not much of going out to eat. The beach is absolutely breathtaking. The view from the back porch is extremely peaceful. Don’t get me started on the neighbors. I wish they were my neighbors back home. The communication with gene was so smooth. We brought our father for the first time in 42 years since his accident which rendered him paralyzed. The house has an elevator and is handicapped accessible. Such a blessing. And if your tired of the beach. This house has a pool. What else can you ask for. We will be returning every year.

After vacationing at Fort Morgan for the last 20 years, Gene was the most helpful homeowner we have ever dealt with. Our power went off one evening during a storm. The problem had nothing to do with our house, I just didn't know who to call so I called Gene. He called the electric company, got power back on, and checked back with us to make sure everything else was OK and the power got back on. My kids loved the pool. We loved the size of the house and the closeness to the beach. Most other properties that are this nice are located in communities that are farther back from the beach or you have to share a boardwalk with other houses.

Couldn't ask for more!

Our family was truly blessed during our stay at Waves of Grace! The elevator perfectly met our accessibility needs (manual wheelchairs work well; electric ones need ramp for outdoor thresholds).The kitchen was incredible—like a commercial setup! We had everything we could possibly need, with double refrigerators, double dishwashers, icemaker, and ample table space to enjoy meals together as a large family.The views from the dining and seating areas were breathtaking. The enormous couch and comfy chairs on the porch were perfect for relaxing while listening to the waves. The heated pool was especially appreciated during the cooler weather.Everything was spotlessly clean, from the pool to the top floor. The location offered natural beauty and peace, far from the noise of high-rise condos. Essentials were nearby, and Gulf Shores was just 30 minutes away. Great fine-dining restaurant nearby.Greg, our host, was gracious and helpful from start to finish, answering every question promptly. If your experience here is even half as enjoyable as ours, you’re in for a wonderful vacation or family reunion!

Perfect place for family gatherings or special occasions!

Perfect Place! I don’t even know where to begin on Waves of Grace. First there was so much space for our entire family to find their perfect room. The great grandparents stayed on the first floor king bed room with private bathroom and balcony. The second floor had 3 king size bedrooms with private bathrooms each and a queen size bedroom with it’s own private bath as well. All the rooms were very accommodating for each family member. The upper floor had one master queen size bedroom with a shared jack and jill bathroom with the a kids bunk bed bedroom. There were a total of three multiple bunk beds bedrooms, a private game room or “kids hang out room” and two shareable bathrooms on the third floor. Almost all the rooms had views of the beach and during the evening you can hear the waves crashing into the shore (soothing). This wonderful home sits right on the beach with a convenient boardwalk attached to the home which takes you out to the beach. The private heated pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every night the family gathered in the comfortable living room with an extremely large and comfortable couch, perfect for movie night or family game night. The kitchen was large enough for a big group or family gathering. It is equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, an oven and a microwave. The kitchen was surprisingly FULLY equipped and functional. Anything we could think of the kitchen had, pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, crock pot, cutting boards, a coffee maker, and even a keurig. Seriously this kitchen has everything and an abundance of it, perfect for large gatherings or special occasions. The dinning area had two large tables with sitting for 16 plus not to mention a bar with 5 bar chairs. The grandparents loved the elevator which allowed them to visit everyone on each floor. It was a wonderful family vacation and we will definitely be back at Waves of Grace!

We had a wonderful vacation at Waves of Grace. The house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are large. We had 26 people and still had plenty of room. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly.

Perfect Beach house for Families

Waves of Grace is the best house for large families, with 5 master bedrooms, all with an ocean view and a kitchen to hold many cooks and meals. Easy access to the ocean and great location.

PHENOMENAL!!!

We were bowled over by this place!!! We lacked NOTHING, and were able to gather and love and be together without being all on top of one another. The ocean is just a walk down the private boardwalk, and a few steps across the sand. TONS of beach chairs are provided. Our entire huge family could eat together at the 2 massive tables. SOOO PERFECT — we did not want to leave!
