Sounds Perfect - Bright and airy sound front home w/dock. 2 blocks to the beach!

Incredible sunset views from sound front deck AND a short two block walk to the wide open sandy beaches of EI! Open living/kitchen area. Sound front dock to fish from or for easy access for kayaking, paddle boarding or just watching the crabs and rays at low tide! The peace that comes from being in your new Happy Place!

Accommodations for 6, boat slip and wave runner lifts and fish cleaning station at end of pier.

You will love this large open floor plan with the central area of the home being all open living, kitchen, dining and reading nook. The entire left side of the home is a massive Master Suite with en suite bath. The right side of the house has a door that can separate it from the living area and has a full bath shared between the Queen Bedroom and bedroom with 2 twin XL beds, comfortable for either adults or kids.

Our home is less than 5 miles from Emerald Isle town center where you will find restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, post office, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all easy drives and are fun to explore. Hammocks Beach State Park, the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Bring your bikes and ride on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle!

Other amenities include paddle board, kayak and grill.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please run dishes the night before check out and put away so that only morning of departure dishes are in the dishwasher at departure.

Please rinse sand off of and return any beach items to the storage closet underneath and lock

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please don't rearrange furniture in the home. No smoking or vaping in the home or anywhere on the property.

Kitchen counter tops are Marble. Only soap and water to clean them and wipe any spills right away please.

There is almost always a wonderful breeze blowing but please keep all doors and windows closed. Door sensors will turn off the HVAC if left open.

Beautiful getaway

We loved staying at this house on the water! Amazing views of the sunset and lots of fishing on the dock. Super close to the beach as well and the house has lots of things to do like paddle boarding and beach chairs to use, we loved it! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely like to come back!

This property is well maintained and is the perfect amount of space for three to 5 adults. We enjoyed time on the backdeck. The view was beautiful. It was a very short walk across the street (very easy to cross even with small children) to the beach.
