With 1,641 square feet of living space, this modern unit features granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee maker. Gather around the 4-person dining table and make lasting family memories over shared meals!

The master bedroom offers guests 1 King Bed with adjoining bathroom which provides a sleek glass shower. Bedroom 2 known as the Bunk Bedroom offers 2 Bunk Beds Sets (Two Twin over Full sets to total 2 Top Twin Beds and 2 Bottom Full Beds.) An additional King Bed occupies Bedroom 3. The Guest Bathroom provides guest with tub/shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided.

No fighting over the remote! This unit offers a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. Enjoy each other’s company in the living area which provides a large Sofa and 4 additional comfortable chairs. We didn’t forget about Dad or Grandpa. This unit provides him with the perfect laid-back relaxing chair to grab the most recent stats or to catch a quick nap. Water views are accessible through the living area’s balcony.

Enjoy picture perfect sunsets from the balcony which also overlooks the community pool. “The Key,” as locals call it, offers an abundance of recreation and activities, including fantastic restaurants, championship golf courses, water sports and lovely shops and boutiques. The Pensacola Naval Air Station is a short 15-minute drive from Perdido Key and is a great place to take the family! Leaving this unit will not be easy; however, guests will not be disappointed while strolling on the complex’s boardwalk to partake in some family fun at the community pool.

Amenities include-two outdoor swimming pools (one being a full-size pool), on-site boat storage, two boat docks, tennis courts, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and private balcony. Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. The memories are endless in the provided amenities at Needle Rush Point .

Parking - One parking pass is included in your reservation. You may purchase a second for $50 plus tax. Two cars maximum. Pricing subject to change anytime per HOA*

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
