Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the luxurious gated community of PACIFICO, a 10 minute walking distance from the beach. Get the experience of a 5 star resort without sacrificing domestic comfort.

PACIFICO is in the heart of trendy, upbeat, family friendly downtown Playas del Coco, famed for its hopping nightlife, restaurants, and beach access. It is the most charming and conveniently located town for exploring all the top rated attractions of what Costa Rica has to offer. It is only a 25 minutes drive to Liberia airport. The beautiful white sand and famous surf spots of Flamingo and Tamarindo are 45 to 70 minutes away. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco - with 1/2 to few hours drives you will reach many awesome day trip destinations of waterfalls, hiking trails, volcanoes, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Famous day trips include but not limited to: Catarata Llanos de Cortes waterfalls, Rainforest Sloth Tour, Guachipelin Adventure Combo Tour, Tenorio Volcano National Park, Palo Verde National Park, Rincon de la Vieja National Park, Diamante Adventure Park, Arenal/Monteverde, etc.

Our space

Our unit is on the second floor of a three story condo. Listen to birdsong, watch the swaying trees, and maybe even hear the occasional monkey from the balcony. The living room has 3 sofas, a flat screen TV, and a dining table. The kitchen includes granite countertops, oven, microwave, and everything you might need. Washer and dryer in unit. Fast WiFi (300
mbps) and TVs included with 2 Amazon fire sticks for your streaming needs. The master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony has a king bed, walk in closet, and large ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen/full beds, closets, and storage space. The 2nd bathroom is in between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, making this a perfect place for 2 couples and families.

Amenities

The pools and 24-hour security guard gated community make this a perfect destination for families and young kids, although younger folks will enjoy the rich nightlife of Playas del Coco in the heart of town. PACIFICO complex includes commercial conveniences of a large supermarket, coffee shops, stores, car/bicycle rental and restaurants, all just 3 min walk away. The development also has an exclusive ocean front Beach Club. Renters at PACIFICO have access to this private club at an additional cost - redeemable against food and drinks. The beach club has 2 more infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabanas, towel service, and an incredible restaurant and bar to serve you poolside.

Overall, great! Loved the pool and the beach club. Place was spacious and clean. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen. Only thing to take off a star was the master bedroom bed was squeaky when anyone moved and the garbage disposal didn’t work/ backed up when running the dishwasher. These were little things though and otherwise, we would return!

The place was beautiful, everything you need, we loved the pool and hot tub after exploring each day. Dean (onsite property manager) and the owners communication was excellent. Strongly recommend this place!

The property was beautiful and well layed out for access to the pools and ammenities, gated and 24 hour access by friendly staff as we were out on many adventures. Location was execllent for the various tours we booked, driving time was 1 hour and 30 minutes to furthest waterfall adventure tour. We also visited hot springs, rafting, horse back riding, jungle hikes on the volcanoe, a snorkelling cruise from Tamarindo, many beaches and we ate at different locations. each day. The unit we stayed in was very spacious, great layout with three large rooms, two bathrooms, large living and dining area, balcony and a full kitchen with dishes and accessories for every kind of meal you could plan. The host and property manager were kind and responsive and check in was easy. No concerns whatsoever and my family and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Very happy with our stay and advanetures in Playa Del Coco.

The property was beautiful and accurately reflective of the photos. Great amenities. Beach is 20 min walk away and grocery store is just 10 min walk down the path. Property manager Dean was helpful. One thing to note is the pool bar in the complex and the beach club only takes credit card and not Costa Rican colones.

Very nice Pacifico condo

Really nice place in Playas del Coco - we very much enjoyed our week-long stay. The local property manager (Dean) was very accessible via WhatsApp, and was available to greet us for check in and responded quickly to a couple of quick questions. The condo was clean and the Pacifico property is a fantastic spot while staying in Coco - pools and onsite sports courts, nearby grocery and restaurants, and the separate Beach Club. Highly recommend!

- Mainroom doesnt AC- No notice about missing toiletries that other apartments in previous years offered.- kitchen appliances were poorly washed.- Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night.Other than that everything was great.

went with little bro and sis for my birthday trip and it was lovely. The location is really nice it’s so convenient that there’s a grocery store super close by, a subway and other shops. The beach is a super quick walk and the neighborhood is culturally rich and vibrant. As far as the place the only lack of cleanliness was mold in the fridge water dispenser area & several discolorations and stains on the bed sheets. There were small bugs like little ants but that’s to be expected in a tropical place. The Furnishing was very equipped and everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The host was welcoming and the ride to the airport and back was very well organized and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this place Overall although!

Pacifico 3 bdr 2nd floor condo

Pacifico is very nice development with pools and attractive landscaping in Playa del Coco. Condo needs new bed linens. We stayed for 30 days dryer worked for maybe 7. Property mgr Dean did what he could, getting contractors in to repair washer and dryer several times. Paid for laundry by lb at nearby laundromat but they refused to use bleach for linens. Arrived floor had not been mopped. Dean brought us a mop as we insisted doing it ourselves.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay .
